This is the worst day for @O2 priorities to crash 🤬🤬🤬 I'm trying on my phone, through 3 different ways, on my work computer (🤫) and nothing. Will be definitely changing phone companies I'd I miss out on Peter Kay tickets due it crashing!!!

@O2 terrible service. I have tried online help. Phoned customer service 4 times this morning- on hold for ages then get cut off with no reply. I swapped tariff 48 hrs ago from 1 O2 tariff to another - still with O2 . Have lost function on my phone since the switch 1/2

Seriously @O2 when will you sort the network capacity issues In york? It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

@O2 Nothing helps, I get zero signal at home and in work. Places where I do get a bit of signal always ends up cutting out. I generally only use 2/3G of data a month due to not being able to connect unless on wifi

@O2 I have just encountered the most unhelpful staff called James at the Leamington Spa branch today. I walked in at 15.45 wanting help with my Pac Code and he just doesn't want to know, spent 10 mins arguing why he can't help because he has a train to catch at 1600.

@O2 When I called you guys to let you know dad had passed you had everything closed out in minutes and you didn't ask for any final bills to be paid even though dad was mid-contract. I've been an O2 customer since 2005 and this level of service has been consistent so thank you!

@O2 I apologise, it was Friday, that's my bad but it's still a long time to wait for a reply to a DM. If they hadn't told me on 202 that they couldn't find my account that I clearly have I could of had this all wrapped up in about 5 minutes.
