    @O2 What the hell is going on with your service lately in Leeds LS13 area, calls keep dropping and getting dead rings a lot at the moment. Just on hold for while get through and call goes dead again. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค

    @O2 keeps dropping out, not receiving calls or texts, data is on and off and @Plusnet not working either. 1st world problems but the only day I need internet and both aren't working properly ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘

    Really disappointed with @O2, poor customer service, rude In store service, incorrect information given, called O2 help line to be told it could have been sorted in store. So now sheโ€™s having to go back to the store to tell them that they can sort it out. #timewasted

    @O2 not happy at being cut off 3 times by your call centre then to finally get through to someone working from home who told me they can't help me so they pass me onto another person working from home who says the same thing.... Being going on like for nearly an hour

    @O2 and @virginmedia should be ashamed of themselves. 10 tickets per customer is not right. Their loyal honest customers once again miss out thanks to the greedy. As for the websites complete joke should have been prepared for this!!!! #peterkaytickets

    @saj_anderson @ubereats_uk @O2 I've had similar problems with Carphone Warehouse. It rears its ugly head sometimes. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

    Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

    @arokorol @Shimshon1800 @O2 O2 may be preferring Paltel as a roaming provider but I'd more bet on the provider aiming an especially "hot" sector at the airport to capture roaming traffic and generate revenue. A simple manual network selection will cure that. But they're so close together that it does happen. Same occurs when in the North, can get alerts roaming onto Alfa or Spacetel and data is HORRIFICALLY expensive on those.

    @O2 why can't I DM you? I've got terrible connectivity this weekend (in the Gretna area), is there maintenance going on? I rely on O2 for Internet and Streaming services (as the broadband here is worse than mobile signal..) and usually it is JUST about sufficient to use O2.

    I strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already

    @O2 Thereโ€™s zero point. You work with @AXS_UK , a company that chucks you out of the queue in a never ending loop cos it thinks youโ€™re a bot. Meanwhile thousands of tickets already up for resale. Again, theyโ€™re not fit for purpose. Things have just got worse since they came along.
