    @O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

    @O2 signal in HD9 4 not available AGAIN I spent weeks earlier in year with intermittent issues due to "unsble to access to a mast". This keeps on happening. Fed up of paying for an intermittent service.

    @O2 just spent nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to rectify a mistake YOU have made to then be cut off. Spoke to at least 6 people all of whom didn’t have a clue. 15 years as a customer. To say I’m fuming is an understatement.

    @O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works
