    Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

    Just had a scam email from telifonica saying my bill will be 300€ on the @O2 contract.. and to down load the app to change my plan be aware

    @O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

    i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

    @O2 signal in HD9 4 not available AGAIN I spent weeks earlier in year with intermittent issues due to "unsble to access to a mast". This keeps on happening. Fed up of paying for an intermittent service.

    @O2 very disappointed. Purchased a new phone contract for my wife’s birthday only reason being the next day delivery offered by O2. Though I received the phone as promised it’s of no use due to fraud monitoring dpt blocked the network. Embarrassed…10 working day wait? Really!!!

    Come on @o2. Tried your chat service THREE times and got disconnected. Then tried calling only for the automated service to say “bye” and disconnecting. This isn’t good customer service.
