@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 Shame you cant support customers. As for the complaints department think it must be non existant. Lets hope the Ombudsman can shift you guys into action. Anyone thinking of going with these AVOID

@O2 Thanks, I don't have WiFi calling option even though my device is supposedly supported I guess because it's not running O2 firmware. The local phone mast is constantly down that's the problem. Fix it once and for all please

@O2 No they havent. We have been trying for a year now to sort this issue. Had to get resolver uk involved. Still no joy so just escalated it to the Ombudsman that deal with you. The stress and upset your company has caused us is pretty disgusting.

@O2 Hi, I've recently migrated my partners number into my new contract that I got from virgin but it's not showing up on the my o2 app and trying to sign in with my partners number is saying the account is not validated. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.
