    @O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 why is your live chat so frustratingly slow. At least 10 minutes to reply each time. Over 90 mins on the chat telling them that my eSIM was not working and then as they couldn’t do a security check - as I could receive texts they said I needed to go into a store 😡

    @bodge4uk @O2 I was at flower show on Saturday, and despite having 4G, I couldn’t use any data at all for hours as signal was that bad. I got better signal up the Alps last year than the town center

    @O2 I raised the complaint about 2-3 weeks ago, given or take a few days. But really the point is the letter I've been sent, which is attached for you to read. As mentioned, it's pathetic and offers no resolution whatsoever.
