    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 @virginmedia Will never go with virgin internet/tv ever again. Worst customer service and never ever worked. 3 months without internet apparently an engineer working on it. I left the company never got a penny back for lack of service.

    @O2 your so called customer services are utter garbage. How do I make a complaint because apparently you no longer have a complaints team. Have things really gotten that bad? Account fully closed in 2019 and have started receiving monies outstanding letters! Wtf

    @O2 I assumed it would cost alot but can you see why im extremely unsatisfied? £42 for literally 1 minute online? Its ridiculous and I would like to see it theres anything that can be done to bring this charge down please i was unaware and wasnt even sent a text!
