    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @JoeDumont @O2 My mother has had the same issue. She hasnt even left the house due to being vulnerable and the o2 advisor asked her to go to an o2 shop! Great customer service

    Disappointed with @virginmedia forcing @O2 sims at a cost of £25 with their bundles when we don’t need the service is outrageous. Time to look else where.

    @O2 ...they will be contacting me, allegedly, on Monday by which time I expect this disgraceful matter to be resolved. It has completely undermined my confidence in O2 as a service provider, and I am currently seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
