    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 Yeah. As an IT tech and someone who has a basic understanding of phones, I've already turned it off and on, etc. I'm not standing under a skyscraper either The connection for 4G is just very slow, which is something your network team need to look at
