    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @sohailanjum @O2 I’m we have a damaged mast - I rarely get any more than 1 bar signal if I’m lucky. Calls drop consistently or I can’t hear / vice versa. I don’t want to leave but I have no choice. I’d rather spend my money and receive the service I pay for - you should too. It’s unacceptable.

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    @O2 Absolutely disgusted the O2 can run a promotion about giving six months free Deliveroo plus when I brought my new phone and now when I speak to customer service, every single person seems to say they don’t know anything about it. Can someone please advise?

    After over 20 years of loyalty I am officially saying goodbye to @VodafoneUK! New phone order direct from @Apple and new SIM card from @O2. Saving over £20 a month & maybe I will get to deal with a real person if I have an issue rather than the worlds most annoying bot TOBI!!

    Trying to place an order with @O2 "Looks like something went wrong" when I hit the "confirm order" button on mobile. Live chat says to try later on desktop. Same problem. Go through all the security stuff with live chat again, then they disconnect me. Sweet.
