My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 Have they sold out now as on the app you can't access the tour dates?? I tried for 4 hours on the pc but it crashed everytime. No such issues for those with a 3 account I see. Very poor. #02priority

@O2 @secvoive It's time TICKETMASTER was BROKEN UP esp after their corrupt merger with live nation. For 02 not to be able to handle or fix the issue 8 hrs later is absolutely LAUGHABLE. Do we get a refund on our monthly bill?

All @O2 have done today with their appalling #O2Priority app is made me want to move to another provider. Signal is rubbish. Priority App isn’t fit for purpose. Extremely poor experience of this company.
