@O2 I emailed your complaint review service on the 9th May. The auto reply stated they received my email and would aim to be in contact within 7 working days but I haven’t had any contact yet. Can you see where this is up to because I am sick and tired of contacting you

This must be a joke @O2 - I have issues with my phone and your support page asks me to log in AND SENDS AN SMS FOR VERIFICATION TO MY NON WORKING LINE? What about being able to reach support in other ways? Will move off o2 asap

@O2 need someone from complaints department to call me. I have been missold a product, 20gb of data swallowed in 5 days!? I have been a customer for years and never gone over my data allowance! Something is wrong here since my upgrade!!! Absolutely disappointed
