    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 shout out for offering the chance to get pre-sale tickets to @deftones in london @TheO2 All time fav band since around the fur came out. This is one of many reasons why O2 are the best network, big love guys!

    Worst customer service ever from @O2 Raised a complaint, several weeks later they tried to contact me but I was driving so they closed the complaint!!!! And all of this is due to the incompetence of the staff at the Livingston branch 😡 @virginmedia
