    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    Beware of an influx of spam calls from the Bedford area (01234) targeting @O2 customers & saying their sim cards will stop working due to the new network upgrades in your area. The upgrades are real but the sim card call is a scam. I have had 2 in less than 24 hrs. BLOCK & REPORT

    @O2 DHL is the worst. Next day delivery didn't arrive yesterday, and no parcel today. No explanation other than it's delayed is not good enough, I now have no means of contact in an emergency as my number has been Ported to the Phone I'm waiting for #DropHideLose #Delivery

    @O2 @LegitimateRex25 I don’t need to. It’s clear you don’t have a decent signal in that area. Needs an upgrade. It’s not in one house or on one street, its all across Lancaster city centre

    .@O2 I just had a long call from an 01234 number, Apparently O2 have upgraded our network in our area & I am getting a new 5G sim card on Monday? Can you confirm this is genuine & not a scam? Flagged up on my phone as a possible spam call? 🤔

    @O2 @virginmedia are a must to avoid. My mobile phone number hasn't worked for months. The only way they can resolve it, (you can't find a human to speak to), is by them sending a txt to the number that doesnt work. The phone is fine because the other Labara chip works.
