@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 Your service is going backwards. I have been trying to set up a simple mobile hotspot and it has been an absolute disaster and a nightmare. Dare I say it, I had a Vodafone system that was more smoother than this and that’s really scrape in the barrel.

@O2 I am a proud O2 customer, I always speak highly of your network and service and recommend you to friends - not any more in light of this. I pride myself on brand loyalty - shame O2 don't see this and only see customers as a cash cow.

@O2 Shocking service from O2. Wasted hours of my time as yesterday someone contacted me regarding a free upgrade to my refresh plan. No call back today as arranged so I contacted the sales team. Now being told they cannot offer the free upgrade. Complete waste of my time.

Hope I don't regret taking @O2 up on their S22 Ultra trade-in offer, reading some pretty awful reports about o2 recycle. Doesn't help that the website doesn't work so I can't view the progress. I will be pretty annoyed if I get offered any less than their quote

@O2 Nope it keeps saying that the voucher number is incorrect (The same voucher number that is copied from the priority site using the button) not had problems before

SO FED UP OF @O2 !!! 8 days without receiving texts and no help! Annoyingly, one text I missed was my landlord offering to fix an issue in the house which is making us freezing so the issue is still not fixed😡thanks O2!
