@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 hello I changed my contact, was told on the phone that I didn’t need to cancel the £15 protection as it will automatically stop because my contract changed to sim only .But I’m still getting charged .tried to message online support but or I get is that no agents are aviable

. @O2 is THE WORST! I had to repeat myself 3 times to the 1st guy, I could hear him casually talking to someone else whilst I was explaining the issue. 2nd guy put me on hold while he "checked something" he never returned, I got bored after 30mins

@O2 ....and I have pneumonia so am currently in jammies/bed a lot of the time and don't want to run down to the road to get a signal, even if i knew a call was due to be incoming! I'll try different rooms etc, see how that goes

Guys, be careful of any callers pretending to be @O2 customer support, it’s a scam. They’re pretending to offer 40% off your phone tariff as part of a Black Friday deal to claim all your personal details. They’ll text you a code. DO NOT give the code to them.

@O2 Hi, ordered placed for iPhone 12, email back saying received order but out of stock. Rang you customer service team to change colour of device as white not in stock. They said have to cancel order online. Unable to do this as they order isn’t showing. Poor service, Help!
