@SerenaMann69 @O2 @England There’s no need for that language. You’ve been with them for a day, give it a couple days for them to fix it as they usually resolve network outages pretty quickly. Plus, don’t take it out on their customer services. It’s down to the engineers.

Hi @O2 how can you offer a deal through one advisor then the exact same deal is lower with another advisor ? @MartinSLewis This seems unethical pricing behaviour ? Website 1 price, online chat 2 differing prices ? Anyone else have this issue with @o2 or other phone companies ?
