@MartinSLewis I mean technically with @O2 I'm paying £26 for my airtime and then more for my device plan. So it depends if you mean just for the network or both? When I look at the new deals, the one I'm on is still the best.

@O2 I have just received 3 letters this morning claiming I owe you money on a phone contract I know nothing about, I have never been a customer. I contacted your support just over a week ago and they said that I would be contacted by your fraud team. No contact has been made.

@O2 the continued shambles that is o2. Victims of fraud have money taken out of their account and not even a call back despite being promised it wouldn’t . To all my followers avoid @O2 like the plague they way they treat their so called customers is nothing short of a disgrace

@tjaneg1 @O2 Are you having issues too! I had a scammer 8 weeks ago and o2 still haven’t sorted it. I have a £1,800 phone and tariff taken out on my name and account. I just want it sorted. Have you taken it further?

@O2 don’t use this company I went on hoilday never used my phone it was free data in the resort, got a bill when I got back , saying I had used data, rang customer service tobe told you need let O2 no if you leave the country what crap got nowhere rip off never used my phone

@MartinSLewis On @O2 SIM-only, just gone up to £10/month unlimited calls, texts and 20GB data (doubled to 40GB as we have Virginmedia FTTP at home). Secured on their Black Friday offer last November. I usually buy a Motorola handset for about £150 which gives at least three years good service
