@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 The clue was in the tweet across #Bristol is just terrible, declined in the last 18months - you know this, so wont engage in your standard customer service offer to “take a closer look”, after 20+ years i’ll be leaving @O2

Spending 30 mins on the phone to @O2 for them to do nothing because they have to wait till the issues are resolved. Is there a number I can call to make a complaint?
