    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @O2 possibly the worse company ever, ordered tablet, paid upfront cost, passed credit check yet try to checkout and get whoops! Contact @o2 support and their solution is to place a new further despite paying with a new credit check! #poorcustomerservice #avoido2 #o2
