My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

Recently changed from @EE to @O2 and I am fed up of having bars of signal but no internet or snail pace. I have to turn on/off plane mode for it to work for 5 seconds then it’s off again. Reported but not sorted and I’m now considering switching back. Anyone else had this?

@O2 Staff aren’t fully trained on O2 Switch Up, that’s the problem. Advisors have told me they were given a leaflet and that’s it. Another promised manager callback today, never received, that’s four now! Escalated now to the CEO, Complaints Review Team and Executive Office. DM sent.

alright i got seating tickets but i am absolutely furious that i had standing and early access to the venue and LOST IT BECAUSE @O2 PUT ME THROUGH TO A WEBSITE THAT NEEDED MY PRIORITY PASSWORD AND IN MY BLIND PANIC I FORGOT IT & THEY NEVER SENT ME THE RECOVERY EMAIL :(((

@O2 stuck on the payment screen for o2 priority, timed out three times, and now tickets sold out!!! Kept clicking confirm payment, wouldn't change to the next screen!! How do I go about making a complaint?!?
