@O2 A complete and utter shambles from you guys today. It's now 2am and the whole of Priority is still down. So people have been locked out of doing anything else as well. Your tickets sold out because bots bought them and they're now for sale elsewhere at inflated prices.

@O2 Tickets aren't being sold as your app is down for everyone not just the odd person! Those aren't actual O2 or virgin customers buying tickets there bots and people passing the system. You should cancel tickets unless they can instore with ID to prove there human or something
