@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

@O2 Well done @O2. Now cancel all the pre-sale tickets! Literally thousands of tickets on sale on re-sale sites at exorbitant amounts. People/bots aren’t interested in seeing the show, just ripping of real fans to make a buck.
