@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

I was actually changing to @O2 because of the package with Virgin. I’ve had an unlimited o2 SIM sittin in an envelope since June. But since @ThreeUK have never let me down I can’t leave now. Will cancel o2 at first chance or I’ll pay for 2 contracts if I have to til o2 expires.

@O2 another payment of £400 was taken! Refund promised 3 times and unsurprisingly not received, no reasons given. Raised to operations manager on 11/09 without our knowledge and still no resolution even though process is 5 working days (which it has been) now told 2/3
