    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 Hi, I’ve had intermittent telephone signal for a while and this week has been terrible. Done a service test today and your website says you’ve removed a mast in my area and you’ll update me mid-April. I’m sorry but I’m paying monthly for a service I cannot use. Please advise.

    @O2 My phone is never off. So as soon as I get 4g I'm pretty sure I should get the notifications!? I get app notifications so why not texts or voicemails!?

    @O2 Loyal customer probably in excess of 10 years. With 2 contracts, yet no help whatsoever today on a live chat. I am still on the live chat now and it is pointless

    @O2 I have been trying to pay off my device plan & move to a sim only deal for months now! Your phone lines do not answer. How much compensation do I get for this? Or do I have to take you to Court? A customer of 15 years +
