@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

@virginmedia @o2 what is happening in PO9 area? The virgin broadband went an hour ago but website says all is well. My o2 mobile says signal is ok but my phone struggle to push above 79kbps on a 4g signal

@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

@O2 Absolute crap becareful if you want to leave 02 as since last Tues has taken me 5 attempts to get through and even then some melts who work for the company hang up or just make it difficult for you ffs as would understand if I was rude etc but nope I kept calm which is unlike me
