@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

So apparently I owe @O2 £3261.34 for a business account that’s only been setup for 2 weeks. I’ve never had an account with O2. Now I have a debt recovery agency sending me letters about an account I’ve never opened but it’s ok because I’m getting a response in 13 working days 👍

@adz232 @O2 Seems best option mate. Ive 2 of my 4 contracts ending soon and will seriously consider this as service is so bad and has been for a long time. Even to the point of arguments at home. 👍👍

@O2 Fraudulent activity in my name confirmed and 'resolved' by O2 on 13/09/22 yet an outstanding loan amount and a missed payment still showing on my credit report? I'm not even an O2 customer and never have been. Seven weeks since initial reporting of issue!
