    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 I have been checking for the past 4 weeks. No luck. It's impossible. I wait around until the timer runs down but even then it says out of stock. This needs to be looked at. Maybe there should be another way of fairly obtaining these tickets.

    @O2 Yes, I have mobile service just can’t seem to make calls, need some advice do I drop the +1 or 001, just dial local or what, it’s worked before. And fyi over 30 mins in a queue is just not acceptable, your agent is busy is 😡

    @O2 i bought the device and airtime from O2 on 5th Jan. O2 is sending me separate bills for airtime and Device. While speaking to CC, they mentioned it cannot be single bill. My friends are on single bill but O2 is ready to lose the customer then do the changes.
