    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 the one good thing your network offered and now that's gone?! Why would Priority stop doing their free weekly coffee in favour of once a month? Is there actually any point in the Priority offers anymore? Who actually wins the stuff and receives any offers?

    @O2 Well I can't, obviously, as I have no signal ;-/ ;-) Everything comes off the same mast here, no fibre broadband, only 12 tv channels. I am at home with Covid and no laptop.Went to bed but I can bring up the coverage page now at 7 am and I see the mast is out though wind not high

    @O2 iv been with O2 for a long time and just realised how bad your customer service actually is! So I’ve had no access to your network for over 24 hours now because your so slow at transferring a number to another sim and don’t answer phones! or cut me off before I get through🤬

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Samsung have started to rollout the update to the S20 family of devices now but O2 delay it for up to 2 months for "testing" even though samsung have already 100% tested it and fixed issues.

    @O2 Hi I’ve been trying to switch my number to O2 for weeks now. I’ve already tried every different way to do this as suggested online. Please can I speak to a real person to help me with this. Every time I call any of your support numbers I’m kicked off the call.
