    @O2 @Sunny_in_London I have tried this several times still the same. This has been going on for several days it is shocking service @O2 please sort this out!

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 @mikejibson I'm in Northern Ireland and have been affected today and yesterday. I can't connect at all today on the O2 network.

    @O2 I’m loosing the will to live I never have any signal where I live. If I need to make a call or answer a call I have to walk half way up the street to even try hearing anyone And even then I can’t hear them and it cuts off. It’s ridiculous!!! 😡

    Hey @tescomobile @o2 - my wife can't make or receive calls but my phone and our 4g internet is working fine. What's the problem? When will it be sorted?

    @MikeeP1981 @O2 @SkyUK We have had the same issue here in Southport for the last 4 days - was told should sorted by with received an update this evening now saying you 13th. Not great when family member is on hospital !

    @O2 No you didn’t - as I said I was on a US sim I got at the airport the entire time I was in the US - you can’t break down anything and there’s no detail of any charge just the disappearance of £30

    @O2 im amazed with less than a month of my contract left your sales team wouldn’t offer an early upgrade, even when I said I was going to leave the network otherwise, they should be better retained in customer retention. Currently paying £55pm for an iPhone XS - abysmal

    We are disappointed with @O2 service, overcharging and broken promises. Waiting time to speak to their help services takes one hour without reply. Online help is too busy. There is no one to talk to. Shame #O2
