@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 so just spend 1 h 15 min if my life being passed around 02, to no avail trying to explain login issues to overseas call centres. In the end I have now given up and we will move our 2 numbers back to Three, they are also bad however not as bad as 02

Recently returned to @O2 after an offer that was hard to refuse, however indoor 5G seems to be awfully slow.
