@O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

What an absolute shambles @O2 are!! Billed me for a fraudulent phone in December, after my contract ended!Investigated the claim, yet no refund received! Spent an hour on the phone to get through, the connection was lost after 10 minutes! It’s been over a month! Poor service!

The mobile signal at work has always been useless but now it worse than dial up for internet Using @O2 is there signal issue or is it the new huge building blocking the signal? Sadly no WiFi
