    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 ever since my wife and I changed to O2 we have had problems with messaging (for me) and receiving calls for her. Since early December. Started by trying to sort mine out. Success grading 0/10. Useless.

    @O2 I cancelled my o2 sim only contract within the agreed 14 day cancellation period. Your now charging me for the remaining 11 months (£135) as a cancellation fee, when I spoke to customer services when I cancelled you confirmed there was no fee?
