    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    Hello @o2 did you read this? Hopefully you can pass this feedback on to caffe nero, I shouldn't have to pay for the hot drink every time caffe neros till system has issues and can't process the o2 priority moments code

    @O2 I’ve been trying to reach you all day to upgrade but sit in a queue for 30 minutes. If you are unable to provide customer service today then give everyone a day off and open the lines when you have enough people on!

    @O2 I think you need to look at your security processes. After being on hold I was put through to another customer on the phone!! Then on hold for another 40 minutes for the lady to then hang up on me!! What do I have to do to speak to somebody who actually works at o2??
