    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @kathrynmaryhall @O2 Thanks Kathy, it's just an interim solution until we get our BT Broadband on the 27th but certainly a lot better than having to go down to the bottom of the garden to make a phone call!

    @o2 @skyhelpteam signal in PE1 is more pathetic than usual today. Switched off a few towers for “upgrading” again???

    After more than 20 years, today I am saying bye bye to @O2 and Hello to @tescomobile . I am hoping for better customer service and compassion and fairer pricing. The moment I changed that SIM over, I have alread halved my bill - I urge anyone today to check too

    Utterly shocking service from @O2 - the worst I've ever experienced from a telco (and that's saying something). A week of "we'll update you in 24 hours" and still no response. I'm literally trying to give you money...

    @O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

    @O2 I’ve been struggling to get through to customer service and have had a £20 deposit held for almost a week where a finance contract hasn’t been granted. My bank has told me to contact O2 to resolve.
