    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @O2 has anyone got a similar bad example trying to pay off a device plan at O2? Declining payment cards, they leave small amounts to make sure the payment plan continues for months. Very shoddy.

    Hey @O2 how do you escalate a complaint? Spent over 4 hours on the phone and 1 visit to a shop all to keep being told someone will call me back! Who is this someone as it’s been 16 days???? The only person who has tried to help is Jenny at the Oldham store! 😡😡😡

    @O2 day 21 of trying to get complaints manager to return my call!! At least hr everyday on phone to customer service and still get no where!! They shouldn’t lie and promise faithfully as they say on phone that the manager is stood next to them and will ring me straight back!!!!!

    @jilllll372 @O2 @goodthingsfdn I got some resolve eventually with the complaint review service after hours of calls and several emails. It looks like I may have a new issue as ordered again and the order has disappeared. No doubt I will have to contact again!

    Why does the ‘help’ page on @O2 just take you round and round in circles? I sent the phone back after 2 days, but still being charged for it! Grrr.
