@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 your status page tells me the local broken mast isn’t being checked for two weeks. It’s been a month already and I can rarely get phone signal at and around home. This is ridiculous given the fact it’s required for various reasons (eg. 2 factor authentication). Can you help?

@O2 can you confirm the phone number to speak to someone to change an order please? I've chosen my upgrade but it is out of stock - existing phone not working so I'd like to change to a different colour to receive more quickly. Thanks
