    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @O2 Wow what an absolute joke and disaster this has really been.Genuine fans not even able to log on never mind actually buy tickets!There needs to be a law against resale sites letting folk sell for more than face value.Take a leaf out of Glasto’s book and have your face on it!

    Wonder how many tickets for Peter kay actually got sold via @O2 priority app today, vs how many got sold by people just going direct to the outsourced website and adding a query param in the URL to make it think they were o2 priority. **** way to verify priority status. ****.

    @O2 Absolutely ridiculous service today. I still can't get into the priority app after 12 hours of attempting it! You must have known the demand would have been phenomenal. The guy hasn't toured for 12 years!

    @peterkay_co_uk @O2 @virginmedia hang your heads in shame for what’s taken place today. I hope there’s an investigation into this. Advertising to customers about priority access then leaving them out to dry while touts and bots hoover up all the tickets while the app is down 👌🏻
