Oh @O2 in Plymouth you offer the prospect of a service. I see the little 5G symbol pop up on my phone. Yet once again you won’t even let me make a call. I can only live with the dream of searching internet on my phone sometime in this decade.

@O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

Hi @O2 - I’m not getting any 4G anywhere within the Plymouth PL1 postcode area. I’ve tried turning the phone on and off and despite what your website tells me, there is no 4G signal. (Using wi-fi at present)...

@O2 Tickets aren't being sold as your app is down for everyone not just the odd person! Those aren't actual O2 or virgin customers buying tickets there bots and people passing the system. You should cancel tickets unless they can instore with ID to prove there human or something
