@O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

I thought network from EE was bad in Bristol (it is) but @O2 is shocking. My business pays for lots of phones & network is bad in so many uk places. In Bristol I can’t make a call from home or text nor get onto the web. My phone is actually 5G and I’ve never seen that at all.
