    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I went to 3 to talk about an upgrade recently. The salesperson was more interested in trying to get MrG to move contract from another supplier. MrG politely told the salesperson to speak to me (their customer) first but after still trying a few minutes later we walked out.

    O2 phone and text service has been shocking in my area (GU35 8..) for last couple weeks. Apparently faulty mast. Lots of local folks complaining on FB, WA and Twitter. How long does it take @O2 ?

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 Been a customer since Blueyonder days in 2000. Got worse since Virgin sold out to yanks. I can’t wait for my contract to be up and leave without penalty. Hubby has been with Sky TV since the nineties - never once had an issue with them.

    @o2 how long is it acceptable to have a mast not functioning properly and yet you keep charging the same rate? For months I've had a sketchy 4g signal and the status page keeps saying another month for an update. Talk about naff service.

    @O2 Just spent nearly 2 hours on the phone again and spoke to a very rude rep and got cut off. Again. No further forward. Absolutely shocking service. I've explained multiple times I need my number for contact with the hospital for my newborn son but no one seems to care.
