    @O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @O2 you know when it says ‘o2 Wi-fi’ available on your list of networks when say in a costa or something? Do any of these actually exist or work - or is it all a myth? If it does login it actually just stops the internet from working

    Would be amazing day if @SkyUK broadband and @O2 mobile network actually both worked at the same time without the constant signal losses ALL THE TIME. It’s really starting to piss me off. What the hell do I even pay for? Past few months have been the worst.

    @O2 Account with you for 16+Yrs, phoned up today to cancel my insurance bolt on and told ‘sorry we can’t do that’. No explanation, useless operator. Told you could add the credit on my account. I don’t want that, I want it cancelled - how hard is that? Remind me why am still o2?
