@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 As the tweet says, over an hour on the phone, passed to 3 people. Your customer services area tried to tell if as I haven't roamed or used 08/09 numbers before ( which terms you're changing) I can't cancel the contract with no penalty - obviously wrong and outrageous.

So in the process of complaint to a manager @O2 . Told would get call back between 24 - 48 hrs .... 72hrs later no call. Rang again, told the matter would now be escalated and expect call back from senior manager between 24hrs - 48hrs. Get the drift ......
