@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

@O2 Sort your **** network out…we’re paying soo much money for **** all service…it’s annoying that I’m on the train to London Bridge and I can’t load up some of my apps due to O2 rip off signal but my partner who’s on @EE gets perfect signal…sort your **** out !!
