    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @eliseESEMO @O2 I honestly don't know. It's how I managed it, but alot of people seem to have issues. If you have a samsung use the samsung internet app, it doesnt work for me on google but does does on samsung internet app. I don't know what else to suggest.
