    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @MrColinOwen @O2 @GarethTurpin Ive just got this email today. Dont forget its 13.4% RPI (not CPI which is lower) plus 3.9% in line with terms (what the f*ck for exactly, inflation?)... Theyve just lost a customer.

    hilarious that @O2 tell me the cost of calls/texts going up by around £60pa to cover the cost of powering their network when half the time i can't use my phone because their network is so bad. can't wait for my contact to end so i can leave them after over 10 years as a customer.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 They’re the worst service ever. got what’s meant to be a 5G phone and I don’t think I’ve ever had anything better than weak 4G signal
