    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 I’ve been trying to get through since Friday. I’ve been told my direct debit is cancelled. Every time I try the support chat it says it is too busy. If it’s always unavailable, it isn’t busy, it’s obviously the normal level of traffic and you don’t employ enough support

    I’m actually sick to the back teeth of the signal with @O2 I have better signal on my Nokia 3310 let’s be honest! Constant battle of having zero signal!

    @O2 Can you please explain why I need to give the answers to my secret question to your staff when your site states "Remember, we’ll never email, text or call you and ask for a one-time code or password, or for any other security information you’ve set up on your O2 account."?

    @O2 Frustrating doesn't cover it appalling is the word you are looking for, and I have cancelled my direct debit until it is resolved, imagine now someone will actually want to help

    @O2 Horrendous. Since May you’ve incorrectly tried to charge me for a phone repair for a phone that was never sent off. You can’t even connect within your own firm. As a result of your piss poor staff I’m still on a debt recovery firm list+my credit rating has dropped from 700 to 512

    @O2 Day 5 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 I was asked to DM you yesterday to try and resolve an issue I have. It has now been over 24 hours and I’ve still had no response! This is why I commented that your customer services are poor!!
