@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

Just curious @O2, what do I get back for a complete absence of 4G for 20 minutes this morning just when I really needed it? Been a devoted customer since 2005 and just lately service is becoming very patchy and making me consider elsewhere.

@O2 utter disgrace of a company. Ask to change my payment date for 2 days later in the month and have been told I will be charged DOUBLE my airtime bill if I wish to do this! Loyal customer for 5+ years will be leaving ASAP

@O2 I am an O2 customer. Bought a SIM card for £30 to use in Ireland whilst visiting my sister last week and it did not work at all. SO disappointed. Landed up buying a local sim and topped it up with data. I still have the slip and SIM card. Can I please return it for a refund?

@O2 4 months into a contract with you guys- worst network I have ever experienced in some 20 years of havingmobile contract. Bourse wasted on phone calls to try and get something sorted only to find out the following month it hasn’t. I waiting for the day my contract expires.
