@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

Hi @O2. My wife is looking to upgrade her phone. To upgrade with yourself the contract offers are coming up at £20 a month MORE than completing the upgrade through a different website and yet remain with o2 (on a nearly identical contract). Can you help it make sense please?

(@pauldward) reported
@NathanJBright @O2 Get a free pay as you go sim (on different network) & port number across. Then a new O2 contract through the third party website & port number back. It’s worked every time I’ve tried it (although I’ve not done it on O2, but can’t think why it wouldn’t…)

@EE Hi. I'm a UK pay monthly customer travelling to Turkey shortly. Is it REALLY nearly £7 a day for 500mb data and £2 a minute for calls, there aren't any add-ons allowing me to use my allowance like @O2 and @VodafoneUK?

Here’s a very privileged complaint tweet but, I’m my @O2 phone signal has been awful for a couple of years. Despite it saying I have 4G often nothing works. 5G is slower than a working 4G and don’t even bother on 3G. Can anyone suggest a reliable provider for UK?
