@O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

  • talithawhite
TalithaecfcWhite (@talithawhite) reported from Exmouth, England

@O2 the one good thing your network offered and now that's gone?! Why would Priority stop doing their free weekly coffee in favour of once a month? Is there actually any point in the Priority offers anymore? Who actually wins the stuff and receives any offers?

  • stupotcollier

@O2 Looking at twitter you really are starting to get a reputation for poor customer service

  • msetchell
Matt (@msetchell) reported from Dawlish, England

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • ChrisMPattinson
    Chris M Pattinson (@ChrisMPattinson) reported

@Morgan7MJ @O2 The service in the UK is appalling now. The bandwidth is not big enough to support the number of subscribers on all networks. Vodafone is bad also especially in London

  • Groundhopperno1
    RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported

@O2 After 25 years as a customer, I’ve discovered the hardest part isn’t getting a mobile signal- it’s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

  • EX23LCL
    Sideways Tree (@EX23LCL) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Wow it’s almost like the number of people using the network has increased dramatically but the infrastructure isn’t being built to keep up?

  • john_ford77
    John Ford (@john_ford77) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 I get a signal for about half of my train journey into Cannon Street, which is really very poor. They must know where people lose signal but for some reason seem fine with the current service.

  • Marooned_Sailor
    Ian Judd (@Marooned_Sailor) reported

@O2 Did some research and as suspected you never actually rolled mmwave out…. Feels like some false advertising @Ofcom what are you doing? Where are all the speeds promised 6 years ago… yet again a weak uk regulator in the pockets of those its supposed to be holding to account

  • BethnalBoy
    🔋London Fella🔋 (@BethnalBoy) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat @O2 oh **** off lol. Your service is terrible - and when you see a popular tweet now you want to get involved? I’m counting down the days till my contract runs out with you guys. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  • FelisMortRes
    HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?

  • vanillaweb
    Paul Andrews (@vanillaweb) reported

@PaddyBriggs @TomTugendhat @O2 WTF are you talking about ? Mobile phone networks have never been privatised,
