@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

So @O2 are 'upgrading' the network and our 'signal may come and go'. Except we've had no signal for 24 hours which also means I can't make @HSBC_UK card payments as can't get the authorisation code by text.. nor can I call them!

@Nico_Macdonald @O2 Hi Nico, Just had a call from V unhappy @ThreeUK customer saying she had received repeated recorded message calls from my mobile number that has clearly been used/spoofed... I've been experiencing the same as her for weeks; Looks like 3 & other network numbering ranges affected!

@O2 My wife can't print her bill, and it says "The account number in the target address is invalid." When I try to contact help, I can't find an answer, and don't see a web chat option. Does that even exist anymore?

@O2 Absolute joke of a company, fast to reply in public but DM’s are far from it, waste of space. Instant regret, never use o2 people
