@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

No phone signal at all from @O2 for five weeks. I live in the cente of a busy town. My partner has an #O2 phone which works fine, but #O2 insist it's a mast problem. Can't access bank accounts or anything without phone number verification. #O2 are still charging me full price.
@O2 hi I’m getting extremely frustrated trying to sort a replacement iPad, one I received on Friday has a fault on the screen.I’ve tried online chat which is useless and I cannot get passed the automated robot on the phone.I spoke to someone yesterday but they had system issues.
