    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

    @O2 the one good thing your network offered and now that's gone?! Why would Priority stop doing their free weekly coffee in favour of once a month? Is there actually any point in the Priority offers anymore? Who actually wins the stuff and receives any offers?

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 just called your line to talk about my bill and was spoke to appallingly by 2 of your customer service staff members, I’ve never been spoken to like that with all the years I’ve been with o2, everytime I call I get the same 2 people and get nowhere.

    @Sarah_CLangford @O2 Honestly it’s a joke. Paying £30 a month for 4G that is not reliable whatsoever and 3G that is pointless. I’ve had one advisor tell me it’s the phone, @O2 today saying there’s issues in the area. IT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE

    @O2 @virginmedia I think you misunderstand. I was called last year by you and persuaded to change my package and move to O2. The price I am paying is MORE than the volt without any of the benefits. This is unacceptable and I will leave Virgin as soon as possible after 34 years as a cable customer

    @O2 That's ridiculous! You need to teach your employees in store on what devices are accepted as I asked multiple times and he assured me I can use nhs discount. I would never have bought this phone/contract if he said I couldn't use nhs discount!

    @O2 please explain to me why I'm still waiting for the money you owe me for when you wrongly accused me of not paying my bill? A bill for an account that I didn't even have. 5 phone calls to your customer service centre, countless promises to get it sorted & yet still no luck.
