@O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 I have done an esim swap so i can access 5G with my new phone. It told me it would be done in 1 hour max 24 hours! Its been 3 days now! I am extremely disappointed. I brang my partner to 02 recently, his phone and network are working fine. This needs to be actioned ASAP 😔🥺

@O2 It's all well and good telling me the exact same information I put on my tweet..that doesnt change the fact you should do something about it for the safety of people!!! Charging for an emergency service is just insane! And limiting it if you have a spend cap is even more insane!!
