    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 You guys are impossible to get hold of on the phone and it seems I'm not the only one. So I'm giving you notice on here, I've cancelled my contract within the 14 days since I ordered it. I think I'll be in a much better place as I've had non stop issues when dealing with you!

    @O2 can’t get through to cancel my Apple Watch data plan. Phone rang for 37 minutes before I hung up… shouldn’t be this hard to cancel a contract

    @O2 how can you cancel a contract? 202 is permanently busy I’ve waited for hours over the past month. 5 times I’ve tried waiting for over an hour. There must be another option??

    @O2 I've been trying to get the sorted for months and today, I had two different help chats open on different platforms and had to log into a Thurs only to find out that there are no people to actually fix anything.

    @O2 Having an absolute nightmare trying to bring my number over from another network. The online form is asking for the password I'd use to contact customer services, not to into the site with? I've only ever chosen one password.
