    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    Absolute disgrace @O2 @virginmedia - priority tickets sold out before your sites even properly became online. Shambles. All day you asked customers to be patient whilst you resolve the problem and now you don't even have any tickets left. Utter incompetence. @peterkay_co_uk

    @O2 What a joke ,love to know how many REAL fans got those ticket ,employees and touts mainly and still the Proirity app doesn't work .Atleast we don't need to go near o2 on Saturday so thats given us more hope than today
