    @O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 the one good thing your network offered and now that's gone?! Why would Priority stop doing their free weekly coffee in favour of once a month? Is there actually any point in the Priority offers anymore? Who actually wins the stuff and receives any offers?

    @O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

    @O2 Well it’s unacceptable. Not only have I had **** signal in my area since I joined, I can barely ever get in contact with O2 unless I waste my time trying to call in and wait 30 minutes to an hour for anyone to pick up…

    @Stuey3D @ispreview @O2 If you're out of contract and want a cheaper deal, virgin mobile (for the time being) have some good 30 day sim only deals. They use o2 network, but have said they're going to move everyone from virgin to o2, but will double data for the same price. Worth a look just for that

    @Adrianmarlow @O2 WE UPGRADED 2 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PHONE!!!!! Paying for something we don’t have and getting nowhere with o2!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! I will be leaving as soon as my contract has finished

    @O2 me again…..why is the service so bad? I’ve had 12 months of this now! Just reported recent fault to customer services and the office sounds like it’s on a bus. The noise is awful listening to everyone talking at once.

    @O2 I’m not sure you do. I’ve NO service. And your incompetent IT team can’t even fix it in enough time. This is beyond unacceptable for a carrier network, and O2 continues to refuse to compensate me as well for the lack of coverage in my area SINCE I JOINED O2.

    Hey @O2 if I say "no thanks, I don't want any of those offers" I would like that to be the end of the unsolicited sales call, and not the beginning of a 10 minute battle of wits between me and some poor sod stuck in a call centre. Thanks.
