    @O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

    @O2 the one good thing your network offered and now that's gone?! Why would Priority stop doing their free weekly coffee in favour of once a month? Is there actually any point in the Priority offers anymore? Who actually wins the stuff and receives any offers?

    @O2 I spent the entire day refreshing the app to get tickets, it didn't load a thing! Who actually brought one!? A technical issue on the day you're expecting the highest level of demand! I'm sorry, don't offer the service if you can't keep up the with it! No chance of getting any!

    @O2 Absolutely shocking treatment of your customers, I have deleted the app and won’t ever use the shoddy service again. Once my O2 contract is up I am leaving. Nobody could get through in your app, yet hundreds available on eBay, I guess you run a multi level “priority” service.

    @O2 You didn’t sell out at all the app was never working from at least 9am us paying customers never got Access because people were using a glitch to buy tickets they shouldn’t have had access to until Saturday 10am sort it!
