@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • Cinderella_D Darren Devers (@Cinderella_D) reported

@O2 very disappointed that I’m being advised your store in a shopping centre only has the capacity to help one customer at a time sending other customers on there way for something as simple as a sim swap. Can a store operate with one person doing work.

  • CageyManchester KS (@CageyManchester) reported

@O2 I want to change the bank details my direct debit comes out of, I've spent the last 45 minutes trying to find where I can do this online, help!?

@O2 8/12/2019 Deborah Clark, Executive Resolution Specialist, you are withholding the sum of £970, not your money. This is as Ofcom agrees illegal amount taken you had iPhone 11 back 5 days later no refund on card, then you proceeded to take 8/12/2019 £770 then £ 37.50- £16-50-£

@mvyner48 @EnglandRugby @O2 The present isn't either. Not sure they realise how stupid they look.

  • kwr66 🐘KevR 🍒 (@kwr66) reported

@O2 your customer service is appalling. Best part of one hour and thirty minutes I’ve been on the phone to them. 7 different representatives. Simple task of moving a number from another provider to O2. Why bother, procedure bound, inane, incoherent and the flexibility of concrete

  • JackHumphreyKM Jack humphrey (@JackHumphreyKM) reported

@O2 do you have service issues?

  • Love_SE4 @Love_SE4💙 (@Love_SE4) reported

@O2 Your the scammers. I was miss sold a two year contract last month. With the promise of a new phone after three bill payments. I spent an hour on live chat last night trying to get answers. I want to cancel this scam but so far no luck. You should be ashamed at the way you con us

  • davemh72 davemh #🇺🇦 (@davemh72) reported

@O2 Credit where it’s due that’s a good thing but it’s a Shame I’ve had a poor signal in several places , hit with a 12% hike and told by customer services like it or lump it .

  • ke11ymillen Kelly (@ke11ymillen) reported

@O2 Still don't get why it needs to go up by nearly 4% every year like regardless. Have the people not suffered enough? 😒 Tbh at this stage, I am out of contract, still waiting on the #S22 I preordered in Feb and fed up, think I will just cancel and move to a diff operator
