@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@DargeKnight @O2 got the same issue masts are constantly not working I get less than 1mb speed and certain parts are non existant and are mug you off for the amount they charge and they expect us to pay about 14% extra in april for a service that is **** and they have no intention of improving

@sazmeister88 @virginmedia @O2 I’ve had an O2 work phone for years and it’s always been absolute dog-**** for reception locally, despite the fact that O2 seem to think there’s a 4g tower literally a stone’s throw from my house.
