    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    So yet again @O2 have completely cut me off my phone because of some idiot there end hasn’t done there job properly so they are happy with leaving a disabled, vulnerable single parent without a phone again. This has been going on for 16 months now. @pritipatel @teamfibro

    @O2 I cannot believe the absolutely terrible service I have received from O2. I will be leaving a bad review when asked, and I will also complain to Ofcom. Why you cannot get back to me just shows how much you care about your customers.

    Why does @O2 think it’s okay to: - Debit my account when I have cancelled my contract? - Insist I go into a store because it has failed to ensure it holds the correct data for me to access its customer service line? - Not call me when it said it will in response to my complaint?

    Absolutely hate @virginmedia now it's linked everything to @O2 , we had two people logging on using the email before and both had seperate O2 contracts and now it's joining them one of us can't get in, it's asking for too many log in ids, this is stupid! Soon be leaving!

    @O2 Hey team, why is there a change in Vue tickets releases from weekly to monthly? Is that the same for every customer at the moment? Absolutely disappointing that is!
