    @O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

    @O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @O2 I think there’s an issue with MyO2. Logged in, clicked on ‘change tariff’, logged me straight into it I then got 12 messages for fraud & one time passcodes. Didn’t request a passcode as I was already logged in. Happening multiple times if I come away from the page and return

    @O2 I have been trying to resolve my data and service issue with @O2 for over a month after speaking to numerous advisors...no still not getting anywhere. On top of this I am paying 3 separate bills. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ... sort this out !!!!!

    @O2 Hi @O2 - like many people tweeting you with the same issue, I have tried this tips and visited an O2 guru. The quality of your network has deteriorated and i’ll be leaving O2 in the next couple of months. No point being with O2 if you can’t provide the basics.
