@O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

@O2 I’m fed up of trying your handy network tips. I’ve just been on middlebrook retail park in Bolton and had no data for over an hour. Even though I had two bars of 4g. Every time I report a network issue, I’m told everything is fine. The sooner I can leave the better.

@O2 Driving through Adlington (PR6) at 1115 today. 4g, 4out of 4 bars signal. Song on Spotify stopped half way through. No data at all on phone. Didn’t come back on for over a minute. I’ll tweet you every time I have this issue now.
