    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    2hrs 20mins on @O2 live chat this morning just to change a sim plan!! Shocking! Wish I had the confidence to have rung instead. Took the person over 5+mins most times to reply to msgs. Never used to take more than half hr to live chat & swap plans 🙄

    @O2 why if I have no virgin media services do I have to endure this absolute ridiculous log in process , which doesn’t work half the time and then when it does I can’t access half what I need?! It’s crap!
