@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 The mast's been faulty since Monday 28th Feb in some parts of Nth Cornwall with no mobile calls/data available. You're telling us to wait until 11th March at earliest for fix. What are you going to do about compensating o2, @SkyHelpTeam SKY Mobile etc customers please?

@O2 you really need to up your game with customer service. On the phone to sort out a billing issue. Get cut off 1st time. 2nd time 33mins to get no help at all. Time wasters.

@O2 how do you justify, offering me a better price than my last supplier then a few months down the line you charge me double what I was paying before, that prompted me to leave EE? You are a scumbag corporation and I will be leaving once my contract, that you lied about ends.
