    @O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

    @O2 last week I was able to upgrade my phone and now tonight it's saying I need to pay to upgrade to o2 refresh when I'm already on that and yet I wanted to upgrade without paying for it... Help please

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 I did get a 5g SIM card with the new phone so I've put that in but it won't receive a network signal. Left it in for 5 mins.

    @O2 That's ridiculous! You need to teach your employees in store on what devices are accepted as I asked multiple times and he assured me I can use nhs discount. I would never have bought this phone/contract if he said I couldn't use nhs discount!

    @O2 costing me thousands from being on the train from the south to the north only having a stable internet connection for no longer than a minute, spent 95% of the journey with no signal.

    @O2 Hi there, recently purchased the oppo x5 from you. But I can't get a 5g signal. My wife is sat 2ft away from me and has a 5g signal. SIM card should already be 5g. Any ideas?

    @O2 It's everywhere. I have been told the problem is new, and they will update me, but when not any specific reply as to when! My call fails to call any number, and even my saved contacts appear as unknown if I get a call from them. I have swapped the sims and tried everything.

    @ahiggins1987 @O2 Absolutely disgusting. They’re getting swerved when mine is up in a month or so. Signal is always shite too

    When an @O2 customer service adviser says they DONT CARE! About your problem with the phone your paying for is an absolute disgrace I will never advise anyone to go with this provider the worst customer service ever!
