@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 why is the signal always awful with you!! Called up a few months ago and apparently some work was getting done, then I called again and was told nothing is getting done in the area and I even have 5G in my area.. can’t wait till my contract ends and I go to someone else!!

@O2 i’ve been trying all day to top up my phone, your phone line has been constantly saying there’s a bug being fixed which i get but i’ve run out of data and texts and need to able to use my phone on the daily, can you fix this? if i don’t top up today i lose all my rollover…

..no compensation for 3x engineer no-shows, and now @O2 are sending us threatening letters due to an unpaid bill for a service which we NEVER EVEN STARTED. Icing on the cake - @virginmedia don’t want to know & @O2 won’t speak to us as the address doesn’t match ARRGGGHHHH!!

New customer get deals almost half what we pay and you won't match it and have no decent deals to offer loyal customers instead u put the price up! Poor customer service and highly over charging long term customers. Nice to be valued
