@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 I understand your busy and short staffed but was wondering I had an email come through about an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with 30gb data but when I go onto my o2 it’s not on there can only get 5gb, 90gb and unlimited can you help me out please.

@O2 wondering when you were going to restore signal to my phone, had a number port go through yesterday morning, had no service since. Done all the usual restart phone, reset network settings etc. using an Esim in an iPhone12Pro. Thanks

So on Friday, the second-ordered SIM arrives and my phone is still not working. I call @O2 and they say there appears to be a problem with the first SIM but try the second SIM and wait 24 hours and it should work as they’ve fixed the issues on this one. I hold my breath.

@O2 Hi. Thankyou for getting back to me. I booked A day out at the Movies on the Priority App to see the film Bad Guys. I didn’t realise it was one time use so used it twice to get 4 tickets on 2/4/22. I’ve just received an email to say order has been cancelled due to duplicate code
