@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@MartinSLewis I mean technically with @O2 I'm paying £26 for my airtime and then more for my device plan. So it depends if you mean just for the network or both? When I look at the new deals, the one I'm on is still the best.

  • charlsrhodes Charlie rhodes (@charlsrhodes) reported

@O2 You still haven’t responded to the DM I sent to you? Can someone please assist me with this issue

  • Jules_J Julia Johnson (@Jules_J) reported

@O2 help! You have deactivated my SIM but I have not received the QR code by email to set up the E-sim so now I have no phone, no texts. I called this morning and have the order number

  • JakeStillwell Jake Stillwell (@JakeStillwell) reported

@O2 I have just received 3 letters this morning claiming I owe you money on a phone contract I know nothing about, I have never been a customer. I contacted your support just over a week ago and they said that I would be contacted by your fraud team. No contact has been made.

  • jamesbarabas jamesbarabas (@jamesbarabas) reported

@O2 I am being bombarded by phone calls "on behalf of O2 network". I keep asking the callers to stop calling and they don't @Ofcom .

  • JamesSimpson36 James Simpson (@JamesSimpson36) reported

@O2 the continued shambles that is o2. Victims of fraud have money taken out of their account and not even a call back despite being promised it wouldn’t . To all my followers avoid @O2 like the plague they way they treat their so called customers is nothing short of a disgrace

  • harrington_emma Emma (@harrington_emma) reported

@tjaneg1 @O2 Are you having issues too! I had a scammer 8 weeks ago and o2 still haven’t sorted it. I have a £1,800 phone and tariff taken out on my name and account. I just want it sorted. Have you taken it further?

@O2 Thanks for absolutely no support whatsoever. Today I'll be buying a SIM from another provider and cancelling my direct debit with you. Congratulations on losing a long-standing customer!!

  • StuartBond10 SBond (@StuartBond10) reported

@MartinSLewis On @O2 SIM-only, just gone up to £10/month unlimited calls, texts and 20GB data (doubled to 40GB as we have Virginmedia FTTP at home). Secured on their Black Friday offer last November. I usually buy a Motorola handset for about £150 which gives at least three years good service
