@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@O2 my husband is currently shielding, and unable to leave house. He has paid you twice by accident has tried to call you and was spoken down to. Natwest have confirmed the double payment. All he wants is the money returned so he can pay other bills. He is vulnerable.
Anyone on @O2 with the shitttest service pretty much every day. Even people on blood BT got better reception.

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

Just joined @O2 and am already regretting my decision. The worst automated phone system I’ve ever used.
@davidiwanow @O2 Thanks, David. I don't have any mobile signal in my area (a phone mast has been down for a while) so I can't receive texts or calls, which is my main issue. I can't authorise payments without my security codes which are sent by text!
