    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @o2 just wondering if you can explain why ******** you hoiked prices up %17 when you have the wankest signal in the whole of the mobile sector ? I could be next to a mast and still not get signal with you drones. £46 a month to be in 1 bar everywhere I go in a major city SICK.

    @O2 I can’t connect to 202. I have tried from a landline as well and it wo t connect. And someone else I know is having the same issue. Are you having problems??

    @O2 I could not access any internet at gatwick airport and super slow internet every where else even on 5G. This is almost like living in a 3rd world. My worst nightmare!

    @O2 appalling service this month. Days without any form of signal then text messages stating “you’re waiting for the landlord” to be able to get in and fix the mast. Absolute joke. Yet I’m still expected to pay the bills that you’ve increased in price..

    On Tuesday 7th March 2023 I took out a Sim only plan with the mobile network @o2. 14 day cooling off period. Changed my mind on Saturday 11th March 2022 . Phones @o2 and the advisor over the phone said no problem and he would disconnect the sim and close the account . Just…
