@O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

@O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

@O2 I've raised it 3 times this week, promised a call back each time. You dontvanswer the phone for about 20 minutes. Poorest customer service team I have ever had to deal with. Spend around £1.5I a year with o2. Stop hiding behind processes.

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@O2 @calm @o2 how can anyone stay calm trying to deal with your rubbish customer services - hours on hold and problem never resolved - so cheeky that you are promoting mindfulness - help me - 4 months unable to receive calls and text and stuck in a contract you won’t let me leave

Just had the most horrible experience with an @O2 "floor manager" I'm disgusted. As a loyal customer. I say. Give him some more training. Michael clearly needs it.
