    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

    @O2 I am a O2 pensioner designated as very vulnerable and have a problem with my tariff I am being charged each month instead of being on a staff tariff I have written to your services without reply I am losing money I can ill afford every month when will I get my money back

    @O2 But there is nothing showing that has used a full 25 GB! It gets updated on the 27th and in two days I’ve used that much! Come on. I’m at home and using my wifi … someone needs to help me here

    @O2 absolutely shocking service from your adviser today who was so unhelpful. My dad has lost his phone in hospital, unable to call and you refuse to send a new SIM to his home address but are quite happy to continue taking payment! He is now completely isolated. Thank you!!!

    @O2 @somersetroyal1 Rubbish o2, all foreigners at call centre, useless and even ceo mark Evans lazy useless, I've had service cut and £100 go missing in payments, complaints ignored disgusting company don't go with o2 at all

    @virginmedia Suggest you are more careful in future with which business partners you work with. @O2 abject customer service on this- four days to port a number, asking me to mess about changing phones. WHAT is happening please and WHEN will the port happen? Thanks.

    Is anyone else having issues with @O2 setting up second direct debits for unlimited amounts, in different company names without informing you? Absolutely useless and zero customer services. Won't be staying past the 12 month mark.

    @DPDgroup_news what is going on with you? 3 parcels over 2 month from different companies, all next delay but all delayed due to unexpected issue. Just liquidate now please, actually wait till I have my parcels!! @O2 @currys #vaxvacuums
