Hi @SoundCloud - Any reason why I cannot use your app using 4G in the UK on @O2 ? Network error message. I have an account. Just reinstalled, no effect. Password hasn’t changed. Not much point in the app if I can’t use it!

Oh @O2 in Plymouth you offer the prospect of a service. I see the little 5G symbol pop up on my phone. Yet once again you won’t even let me make a call. I can only live with the dream of searching internet on my phone sometime in this decade.

Hi @O2 - I’m not getting any 4G anywhere within the Plymouth PL1 postcode area. I’ve tried turning the phone on and off and despite what your website tells me, there is no 4G signal. (Using wi-fi at present)...

@Burnside_5 @LifeByStills @O2 Trouble is pretty much all major providers are doing the same thing, although there are a few which choose not to. I do question the logic of people signing a contract which allows this and then moaning when it happens though - you had a choice before signing.
