Hi @O2 - I’m not getting any 4G anywhere within the Plymouth PL1 postcode area. I’ve tried turning the phone on and off and despite what your website tells me, there is no 4G signal. (Using wi-fi at present)...

@O2 Yes, you’ve been saying for the past six months that your network can get busy in the area and to use Wi-Fi instead. But if it’s only possible to use the phone on Wi-Fi what’s the point in paying for a cellular service?
