    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

    Definitely leaving @O2 and switching to @EE ! Been having crap 4G signal here down south and also crap signal up north! #NoBrainer

    @O2 Been trying to log into the app since it kicked me off at 10am. Absolutely pathetic service. Sorry but I’m you must have known the demand would be massive.

    @O2 To who?? How is this possible when the app has been down all day?! In fact it's still down after 6pm..Even not using an app you can't access the website and codes are not being sent to verify customers neither. Absolute **** show of a priority perk!
