    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

    @O2 I normally use <5GB on average per month for the past 1.5 years. However, in the past 5 days my O2 app says I’ve used 12gb of data & I’ve almost used my whole data plan up?! Can you show me what I’ve apparently used my data on, as I’ve never used so much even in a month!
