    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @SerialShamer @O2 You’ll just end up keep telling different robots your problem mate, took me 3 weeks to get a simple phone number off them and lord knows how longs it gonna take to get a working phone, they still get their money tho so what’s the issue 😡

    @O2 so you switch off my network services before my new SIM card arrives during a postal strike and you offer no way of speaking to anyone other than using the phone? Is that what you call a good service?

    @O2 I have no signals on my phone don’t know for how long and have missed a very important doctors appointment due to this. Complained about losing connectivity only today morning and now I have none. Absolutely pathetic service and it says O2 has switched off 4G on this phone 😡
