@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

@O2 just wondering why I pay you for a service I’m not getting? Been around Cornwall for a week and my phone says 4G and 90% of the time I’ve got absolutely nothing. At this rate I’ll go elsewhere when contracts up.

@O2 hi am currently in France and I am unable to use my data . The error message says “you are not subscribed to a data service “. I have switched on data roaming. I can see the 3G /4G symbol top right on screen and the local carrier name. This bad caused me a lot of hassle.

@Ofcom I am getting overcharged by @O2, I have put complaints in, it has been a lengthy process. Was assured a resolution by 25th May. I am still awaiting this and I am no further. @virginmedia this has been an issue since I have been on volt. I need some clarification asap
