Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@rw_83 @O2 Having the same issue. Lost service around 5am this morning. I know it's not a coverage issue as Wi-Fi calling doesn't work either. It's as if my SIM has stopped working. I use an eSIM, I wonder if the rest of you use eSIMs too? Trying to contact O2 is useless.

I can’t even communicate how angry @EE have made me, do not give these ppl your money. They don’t care if you’ve been a loyal, well paying customer either, can’t wait to switch to @O2 😩😩

@JamiePinner @O2 Glad not just me then … I’ve only noticed when I’ve been driving to / from work as no signal /messages until I’ve got wifi Not good if need to contact anyone in emergency .. hopefully it is sorted soon for everyone

@O2 @rw_83 Having issues all day. Sporadic 3G-very sporadic signal all over the Liverpool area. Site says all ok-which it isn’t. Have turned phone on and off-no difference. Clearly quite a serious issue given inability to get on top of it.
