    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @Mkhan0504 @O2 It's a complete shambles of a company. I have an ongoing issue over 2 months of disputing charges. O2 sent me a debt collection letter on new years eve. Don't understand why when charges are been disputed. Customer service is shocking on the chat service.

    @O2 @oibaker I have same problem! I order 2 weeks ago,Ive got confirmation emails and after 2days I’ve got text messages saying that my Watch is out of stock and I need to wait. Until now no emails texts or any kind of updates. I am trying already 4th day to contact o2 with no luck. @oibaker

    @O2 hi, my mother is having phone problems - she can receive calls but not make them. We've checked settings, etc, & we're pretty sure there's a problem with her SIM card. Can you please DM me so we can arrange a replacement? She has Alzheimer's & can't deal with you herself.

    Wow. Try to cancel Disney+ got on free trial via @O2 - talk about making it difficult! Finally found it via googling other people’s help questions. The website is not intuitive at all. All done now.

    @O2 just thought you should know that I have had 2 texts supposedly from o2 saying their were problems with my billing details yet there wasn't as it went out if my account a few weeks ago luckily the numbers were blocked and identified as spam.
