    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 Thanks, managed it before, no problems, maybe it was being in North Yorkshire that threw it out. In fact one service station we visited on the way up had banners up declaring itself a GiffGaff area, which means Jennifer R, BT and EE mischievous.

    @VodafoneUK I’m having a terrible time with @O2 right now. Mobile data where I live is so unreliable… I’m thinking of moving to you guys, but would love to try your network out first. Is this a possibility…?

    @O2 It’s very concerning that they’ve just called again claiming to be you and “my network” provider when I left you some time ago now. This makes me question whether you held my data securely when I was a customer.

    @O2 I have just ordered a phone and contract through you, I was quoted for 150gb and have paid and completed. On my account it now says 3gb so I have been completely missold. On the phone to your customer service and all they can do is cancel it?? How is this allowed to happen?
