    @O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 what is going on with your network? As it is, your network has become steadily unreliable with more and more dead zones popping up but today, I’ve been barely able to get a signal at all. Definitely going to be looking into going elsewhere as soon as my contract expires.

    @O2 Spent 30 minutes on the phone to them and the payment failed on their system as well. Tried several cards. Been a customer for years but now likely I’ll cancel and move to another provider. Making this far too difficult

    @JamiePinner @O2 @rw_83 Still no O2 signal and I can’t access my account because I can’t receive text!! Beginning to think there’s an issue with the SIM card or associated account.

    @O2 Lost service this morning. Can't use Wi-Fi calling either. Says "Emergency calls only". It's as if my eSIM has stopped working. Trying to get in touch with anyone at O2 is hopeless. Please can you restore my service?

    @rw_83 @O2 Having the same issue. Lost service around 5am this morning. I know it's not a coverage issue as Wi-Fi calling doesn't work either. It's as if my SIM has stopped working. I use an eSIM, I wonder if the rest of you use eSIMs too? Trying to contact O2 is useless.

    I can’t even communicate how angry @EE have made me, do not give these ppl your money. They don’t care if you’ve been a loyal, well paying customer either, can’t wait to switch to @O2 😩😩

    @JamiePinner @O2 @rw_83 Ditto. Wife’s phone on O2 is fine-I get no signal/mobile WiFi anywhere.
