    @O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @TalkTalk @O2 We can’t use the landline as it disconnects the internet so it’s not even plugged in. Talk Talk are well aware of ongoing problem and NO HELP. Repeated scans confirm issues yet NO HELP. Request for engineer visit but NO HELP.

    @O2 I called in December to report phone lost and ask for SIM to be barred and replacement sent. Chased up today as no new SIM arrived to find SIM was never barred and SIM never sent! My call in Dec was listed as "Upgrade Enquiry" Not Good Enough!
