    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 I paid for click and collect last night for today but the staff member in the store said that there has been an issue so he said to get a refund from o2 for the click and collect and I had to pay for it again in the store

    @virginmedia so I'm joining Virgin broadband because I'm with @O2 and customer service is always brilliant with O2. It seems like virgin still has its own bad customer service. I'm within my 14 days, so does anyone actually like virgin broadband?

    @O2 Hi, I've been made aware of the first thing, my problem is still the second thing. I ordered it to be delivered today, over 3 weeks ago. That why I preordered it. Do you even have an estimate date? I shouldn't have to be waiting passed ym promised date
