@O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

I can't believe I have been an @EE customer for 19 years (orange before etc) but am now finally looking to switch mobile providers. Looking to switch to @O2 on the dark side so that I can keep free EU roaming.

@O2 @fionamusiclakes I agree with this comment; even phone calls and texts only work there some of the time. All the marketing garbage about 5G, watch films in your phone, etc but you’re just way off the basics in too many parts of the UK and it doesn’t matter what provincial town you pick.
