    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    @O2 why is it I cannot make a video call without awful squealing noise ? Our broadband is fine everything else working, it's both mine and my husband's phone so obviously an issue with O2

    @O2 sent me a duff phone as a replacement through insurance, excess of £70 and £150 in insurance payments. Could’ve got the screen fixed cheaper and had a decent phone that works. The insurance has been detrimental. Wtf

    @O2 Scenario 1. My 26-year-old daughter is fearful someone is breaking into her house and goes to use her mobile to call the police. The station is less than 1 mile away yet because of O2 she cannot get a signal IN PECKHAM
