@Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

@O2 Did you read what I wrote? I am not asking for network help as this is anyone in the area on O2 & a message on your site. Why is this new message appearing? Busy has nothing to do with years of network issues. The other day it said you were doing work but it changed to this

@O2 Constant issues at my home and work location, repeatedly told its fixed then next day red flag on network checker, really enjoy the hassle O2 create

@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

@O2 Day 92 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@JamesUpsher @O2 When 3 killed my free roaming, I switched to Lebara which uses Vodafone network. I got my EU roaming back, I don't miss tube station WiFi as often the Vodafone 5g signal is present, unlimited calls, buckets of data, £2.49 a month

@O2 just wanted to say how good the service was at your store at the O2 at Greenwich today. Major hassles getting PAC codes to leave my current provider, but your store team were all friendly, patient, professional and thorough. Awesome service. Thank you. 👏

@O2 They don’t tell you about the awful signal which has been ongoing since last June & how they can’t even give you a time scale of when it will be fixed. They still charge you the same monthly fee even though you can’t use your data roaming/access the web when out in my local town

@virginmedia @O2 Never ever go to virgin media for anything. HOPELESS customer service, shoddy products, terrifyingly awful executive team, low IQ, can’t solve problems. Don’t ever use them go elsewhere.

Hi @O2 Why is your customer phone helpline ALWAYS experiencing unexpectedly high call volumes? Perhaps you could employ some additional service operatives?
