    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

    @O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

    @O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

    No signal from 9pm @O2 so went to bed in disgust at 10pm. This has been happening for 2 weeks now in SCumbria ; you should give 4 free days to make up for it

    @O2 Done everything & this isn’t the first time this has happened at the exact point I want to use it. Not good service if I can’t access the app and have to go through the hassle of going through a web browser. Should be pain free... not a happy customer

    Piece of life advice for you, never go with @O2. I paid off a bill for my phone over 9 MONTHS AGO, and I’m still getting debt collector letters through the post🙃. Communication there is beyond a joke.
