    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    Hey @O2 I don’t really need to borrow anything from anyone but I’m stressing out about it none the less!! I won’t lose anything with my credit rating being so poor but there should be a responsibility by you to accept a mistake and not screw someone for SIX YEARS 2/3

    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @O2 @TOMarsh93 Hey o2 :) I know there are global supply chain issues at the moment due to Foxconn having to close due to covid, so totally understand the delay. I ordered the 256GB deep purple back at the start of November, delivery was ‘up to 4 weeks’. Any idea roughly when it could arrive?

    @O2 Customer service is so bad,wait all day to upgrade on WhatsApp then because I couldn’t reply within 10mins,I get transferred to a sales bot & then I wait 3-4 hours for an advisor & they can’t wait 15 mins for me to reply and transfer me to a sales bot 🤬

    @O2 hi cancelled my volt bundle with VM and also with o2 but have been sent a bill for the whole contract Now I was told that the Cooling off period was 42days I can afford to pay over £400 for nothing please help I can get through on the telephone or web chat Ta martin

    @O2 Worst company for Customer Service. Upgraded to new phone, but O2 said my Date of Birth incorrect. Online won’t let me change it and cannot get through to CST. Pathetic for a phone company.

    @O2 your delivery is a nightmare and I can’t get hold of anyone! Ordered a new iwatch. Missed delivery as I’m at work. I cannot get it redelivered to work and can’t collect from a depot! The same thing is going to happen tomorrow and I want my product I’ve ordered! Help!!!

    @EnglandRugby @Springboks @O2 So we have 5.x 2nd row players in the team.. 2x 8s and 1 x7/6...I don't know who is responsible for player welfare but I certainly hope they put an arm around Jack Willis.. Done absolutely nothing wrong.. EJ does more damage to players confidence than anyone in the game. Shocking
