@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

@O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

@O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

@O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

so the @O2 technical representative I spoke to earlier wanted to disconnect me from the network for 4 hours while they try fixing my data issue… then the representative I was speaking to, to cancel my contract hung up on me… seriously - what’s wrong with O2… 🤬🤬

@O2 any ideas why I have full bars of 4G the last week and I constantly have “no internet connection” when searching/going on apps? I’ve done all the steps, turned on & off - checked the local checker for any issues and states no problems. I’m not paying £40 a month for nothing..

@O2 ordered a £200 set of earphones on the 28th of April, Next day delivery. I’ve spoken to you on 6 occasions and been promised they were coming, and I still haven’t received them. It’s an appalling service. Phone calls almost daily costing me time and stress. Furious

@O2 there's a problem on your network? I haven't been able to access the internet for about a week now on 4G or 3G in my area (SE12), it can't be my phone as I and the wife are on o2, (I use android and she uses iPhone.)
