@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

Congratulations. Been an @O2 customer myself for 15+ years and recommended their service to family and friends. The only thing they've done for me is take my money each month for unused data, texts, minutes etc.

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

@O2 tried the status checker it always says no issues no matter where I am when the signal dips. Tried everything else & still temperamental. After being with the company for over 15yrs & paying what I pay a month the least I expect is to not have to rely on hotspots or finding wifi!
