@O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 Yes the billing address matches the card. There are no known issues on her end. It just seems odd as this is the 2nd month running this has happened. I don't want to make a habit of having to ask my uncle to pay the money then give him it back. It's just really frustrating.

Why is it so hard to get through to O2 ! Advised first attempt 15 mins wait but in the end took so long couldn’t hold, now on with 3rd attempt and again states 15 mins delay and here we are 40 mins later. I need to cancel my account because you sent the order 2 weeks late ! @O2
