Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

@O2 Yes if I just navigate to the 'my balance' page (or whatever its name on my Moto G8 Android with the app it shows a 'header page with adverts for all your services. I did eventually get it but only if I go via help and the menus there - that worked fine. A bad link then I suspect
