    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

    @O2 Now I just found out it’s a credit to my @o2 account even though the terminology used was refund. No small matter of £3500 + over just 2 months.Put another complaint in which could take 24hrs.I’ve been with O2 from the start when they took over my contract from BT. Massive worry

    Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

    @O2 Terrible customer service was told I was getting a refund on the 17th feb which could take up to 15 days. Phoned up again as no sign of refund. Asked to put in a complaint on the 4th but no manager in.Manager will phone on Mon 6th… still no call. Phoned today again to complain

    @O2 just wanted to say how good the service was at your store at the O2 at Greenwich today. Major hassles getting PAC codes to leave my current provider, but your store team were all friendly, patient, professional and thorough. Awesome service. Thank you. 👏

    That’s it after years of being with @O2 I nolonger trust you &neither can my parents on @virginmedia nextdoormy dad 79 yesterday &myself need a working phone no signal, calls when there is a signal ( although) notstrong dropping Medical assistance needed earlier &again no signal

    @O2 When you pre order your new iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple and leave a deposit. Told to pick up 10th october only to go in an no phone to be there waiting for you. Such a disappointment. Shocking customer service and leaving customers unhappy an not satisfied with staff

    @virginmedia @virginmedia @O2 if you're going to sell merged packages to your customers then you really need to improve your joint customer service.. just batting me back to the other without an answer is simply unacceptable

    @O2 There is only one code goven...it asks me for you want to redeem offer now, you press use now, gives QR code and countdown. The people at the till probably got it wrong. It has never distinguished between offers.

    Sick of @O2 - all year I’ve had no signal in this area I live in, been told they will sort it and it’s the same up till now. Bigger cities with more people their signal is perfect. Yet they want my money but can’t fix their signal, infuriated! Awful company

    @O2 Can somebody look into the poor 4g in Liverpool city centre around Mann Island. This has been going on for along time now and it always appears to be at the weekend and in the afternoon. Just done a Speedtest and it was 0.24! It’s not just me having issues as well.
