@o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

@O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

Noooo heard on news please @O2 don’t merge with @virginmedia best thing we ever did was leave @virginmedia and I’ve been with @O2 for years with hardly any problems and on principal when the problems we had with @virginmedia we will have to change networks PLEASE Don’t Do it xxxx

@Outdoorsy_Chris @O2 Whereas if I go to Green Moor in the middle of nowhere (seriously, look it up on the map) I get the fastest internet I’ve ever had (and that’s on 3’s 5G too) I suspect it’s good old contention on the network. Faster speeds but fewer connections available.
