@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

@o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

@O2 stat for the day: I’ve wasted 4 hours of my life this month on hold to you. Trying to reconnect my Apple Watch (after an Apple service) and then to cancel a cancelled line you keep charging me for. Calls dropped Or staff that don’t care. You used to be better than this.

I don’t get full coverage for voice & text. Forget 5G I don’t even get 3G where I live. So how the heck can you - esp the chief exec justify 17.3% rise from April? Honestly @O2 I’ve been a loyal customer last 22 years. @MartinSLewis can you look into this daylight robbery by o2?
