    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

    @O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    @O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

    @O2 I can't receive or send MMS messages. I've been through your online help including manually altering my Mobile Data settings but it hasn't worked. That's why I was calling. But all options lead to dead-ends where the automated service points you to online help and hangs up.

    @CPWTweets @O2 Hi Sam. Thanks for your reply. Could it be the phone is already unlocked? It was bought on contract around 4 years ago, so I assumed it was. I can't check as my contract still with O2, but wanted to send the phone to a relative whose phone has broken.

    @O2 I've recently joined o2 from three network taken out a 36 month contract Samsung note 20 ultra at around 61 a month no 5g in my area called up to be offered a measly£3 discount a month wish I went with sky or ee better perks better coverage cheaper.

    @O2 Basically you're banking on people getting the 'free' Disney + and then forgetting to cancel subscription. And you're just misleading people, when the last thing they need if choosing some 12-24 month contract, is the confusing mess you've deliberately engineered.

    @O2 To be honest, if you can that will be more infuriating. As a customer why would you make me chase a better deal over different platforms. Anyway I want a pixel 5, I can buy one and get a sim deal with 12gb of data and it works out £771.80 over 2 years. Can you match or do better?
