    @O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

    @O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

    @O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

    What an absolute nightmare simply trying to get a PAC code out of @O2 Their PAC code messaging system wasn't working so I had to ring 202. The guy involved just didn't want to communicate. In the end my wife has a new number and O2 have lost a customer. 🤡🤬🤬🤬 DD cancelled.

    @AndyShepherd27 @EnglandRugby @O2 Any 9 would struggle with how the forwards were playing, Mitchell came on and had 5 mins of clean ball and we scored, forwards went back to being limp and Mitchell struggled just as much and made his own errors

    @O2 Literally where do I start … yes it was through customer services , I’ve been a customer with O2 for atleast 10 years and the service I’ve received over this past 6 months has been abismal. Clearly my custom doesn’t warrant a callback as promised !!!

    @O2 Hi, I was on hold for 40 mins, only to the told that it’s past 8pm and no one can help at this time. I tried to explain that I called before 8pm & can’t be hold for 40 mins every time, & asked how to get help only for your very rude colleague to hang up on me! Unbelievable!
