    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    That’s it after years of being with @O2 I nolonger trust you &neither can my parents on @virginmedia nextdoormy dad 79 yesterday &myself need a working phone no signal, calls when there is a signal ( although) notstrong dropping Medical assistance needed earlier &again no signal

    @O2 is an absolute joke. I have little to zero signal at all and my mum has none at all. She has seizures and no way of contacting anyone if anything happens due to this. Absolutely sick of it, been a well over a week. #O2 get it sorted 🤬😡

    @O2 When you pre order your new iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple and leave a deposit. Told to pick up 10th october only to go in an no phone to be there waiting for you. Such a disappointment. Shocking customer service and leaving customers unhappy an not satisfied with staff

    @SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

    @O2 I live centrally, in the four biggest city in the UK. I was sold 5G as being ready in 2020. It's now 2022. I want to cancel my contract.

    @O2 Thanks. I had already checked those... the problem is they don't tell me (1) how long this disruption has been going on, (2) anything about when it might be fixed, and (3) what is supposed to work -- does the known mast issue affect all of 2G, 3G and 4G?

    10 days my sons been without his SIM card working due to an issue at @O2 and still it isn't working despite numerous phone calls, seeing as they've cancelled the contract by mistake then billed me for it, they're getting the phone back to them!! #SickToTheBackTeeth

    @O2 recently returned from Spain, but texts I am recieving are atill shwoing as intetnational calls. Have restarted my phone (S21) and reset networks but to no avail. Seen others with same problem on o2 forums. Whats the issue?
