@SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@O2 is an absolute joke. I have little to zero signal at all and my mum has none at all. She has seizures and no way of contacting anyone if anything happens due to this. Absolutely sick of it, been a well over a week. #O2 get it sorted 🤬😡

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

Hi @O2 my partner & I are both on your network & have had no coverage whatsoever at home since around the 16th/17th due to a RTI damaging equipment (says a mast close to us isn't working) can we get an update on when this is due to be repaired please? I WFH and need signal.
