    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    @O2 For both me and Mick? Really? I don’t think so. Just tested a call from my daughters phone which is on GiffGaff, which uses your network. Brand new iPhone 11, sim less than a month old - same problem. Wife’s phone on another network is perfect.

    So so disappointed that because I can’t eat dairy, I can’t take advantage of the @o2 priority offer for meal replacement shakes from @tpwcare 😭 Despite them selling vegan meal replacement shakes, they’re not in the drop down menus to complete the bundle. Please add them in!
