    @O2 I have been passed from pillow to post all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait again now for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service I have ever received & I am so angry!👌

    @O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @O2 I was due a phone back last Friday between 10-14:00 r.e upgrading as she offered a discount. This never happened… I’ve had issues with signal in the last two years so, without the incentive offered, I don’t think I’d like to begin a new contract. Who do I speak to?

    @O2 I have been paying 3 months now for a handset I have still not received. Spent 3 hours on one phone call, through 6 departments, going round in circles with no one able to help. Rang 3 separate times to complaints, no call back. How on earth is this ever going to get sorted?

    @O2 your customer service is very rubbish, simple number change you can’t do? It’s been 48 hours and you’ve disconnected both numbers but You said it will only take 24? This is very inconvenient as I can’t receive or make calls or texts

    @O2 Day 39 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 customer services are shocking trying to explain to them that I get paid on a certain date. Also told them I'm on low income disabled veteran. They trying to charge me a late fee pluss charge me for moving my payment date. Shocking @mentalhealth
