128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

@O2 Yes, I've set up my pin, and use voicemail daily. I checked the O2 app (and forums) for the info you shared. None of that helped. Also your agent had us enter ##080#, which looked to clear all diverts. That also didn't fix the problem. Any other ideas??

@O2 hey O2. Just joined , received my SIM card - put it in phone and the 4g is absolute rubbish. Call 202 to be advised there is a problem with a mast !? I just moved from EE which worked great and now I feel quite cheated

Honestly, payday on Friday I’m paying off this phone and getting a new one. I can’t fathom why I never get any @O2 service. Every single phone, same issue. I’ve raised the issue, nothing ever got resolved. 20 minutes it’s just took me to get signal back after being in a busy area
