    @O2 I have been passed from pillow to post all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait again now for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service I have ever received & I am so angry!👌

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    Hey @O2 I don’t really need to borrow anything from anyone but I’m stressing out about it none the less!! I won’t lose anything with my credit rating being so poor but there should be a responsibility by you to accept a mistake and not screw someone for SIX YEARS 2/3

    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @O2 Found them, thanks. I'm not happy to wait indefinitely without anything more than an automated response from that team. Its discourteous to not be acknowledged after the standard reply time has expired. I can get in at the top of the chain and have it pushed down if they like.

    Terrible @O2 service! Trying to get my elder friends number back on, he’s a Grenfell survivor with Alzheimers. The store staff on Kensington High St have been great helping but those we’re trying to pay his bill with have had us on the phone in circles for over an hour?! @Ofcom

    Omg @O2 ask for basic help to get 4g in Toronto and what do we get go round in circles and no help. Plan is coming up and although I have been a customer for decades probably time to move to a more helpful provider

    @virginmedia I logged in. Had a message telling me to call 789. They are still investigating the complaint. 4g slower than 3g. Apparently a migration problem since swap from @VodafoneUK to @O2 The O2 mast is still out of action on the site it shares with 3 and Vodafone.
