    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    @O2 You transferred our on call number Friday & haven’t put line you have transferred it to live. We have reported @o2 to the ombudsman. No point DM you unless you are going to sort the issue as I’m sick of o2 time-wasters.

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @O2 5 hours wasted. Just utterly bizarre. Worst experience ever with a phone company. Was trying to give you hundreds of pounds and you couldn’t figure it out in 5 hours. Absoilute waste of time.

    @virginmedia @O2 Virgin Media how about prioritising fixing broadband issues!!!! I work from home and haven’t had internet access for 5 days now!!!! Using my phone data as hotspot. The dropped calls from your service desks and also of your engineer not turning up when they should is a shambles 😡

    @O2 hi, I bought an Apple Watch series 6 in august & my screen has stopped working, I’ve tried a hard reset & that didn’t work. It stopped working after I downloaded the latest iOS update to my phone, could it be related? I’m not sure how to get it fixed, can you help please?
