    Who, was unaware of it, until it was highlighted by a member of the service providers team? I think I'm due some compensatory reimbursement for lost income pf almost 50% is a huge amount of business to lose isn't it @O2?

    Just called @O2 automated service to pay my bill but the system can't link my number with an account!! My other half called twice today and it didn't even go to voicemail let alone ring. If I've missed any calls this week, I'm going to be pissed! #BeAware #NotAHappyBunny

    @O2 You have already told me you can't help as you can't trace a payment via chat so then I yet again needed to deal with your shocking customer service team on phone wasting my own time yet again this is all despite my account being settled because I paid the bill

    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time โ€˜no showโ€™ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a โ€˜finalโ€™ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    @O2 1/2 Youโ€™ve been โ€˜busier than usualโ€™ for as long as I can remember! Yet all you do is reduce more and more services! O2 customer service is absolutely pathetic! I wonโ€™t be renewing my contract with you when itโ€™s up for renewal I can promise that!

    @O2 can you tell me why seemingly my account with you is not closed down completely as your advisor assured me it was over the phone? I paid everything off, she said it would close down the following month (October) but today you've taken ยฃ18.83 DD from my current account.

    @O2 keeps dropping out, not receiving calls or texts, data is on and off and @Plusnet not working either. 1st world problems but the only day I need internet and both aren't working properly ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘

    @virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. ๐Ÿ‘

    Signal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isnโ€™t working at all and Iโ€™m on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. Itโ€™s pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2

    @TomTugendhat @O2 It is shameful , utterly irresponsible that UK has one of the worst quality of infrastructure.. across Europe , Asia , it is vastly superior including countries as India where usage is so high ..this has to be priority #1 especially as you throw down the drain money on HS2 etc

    @O2 Following link on priority for Sienna Spiro Manchester 02/03 and keep getting Ticketmaster page saying presale is happening now, but no option to buy. Same for other artists. Want to try and get Muse tickets tomorrow. How can I resolve the issue. No VPNs, blockers etc used.

    @O2 Thereโ€™s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.

    @O2 seventh day without a signal at work. No phone, no Internet, nothing, due to a problem with a mast. Please get it sorted, we are really fed up

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
