Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

O2 shop told me vodaphone own the masts this side of the Pennines and everyone piggy backs of them and o2 own them on the other side.
