I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??
