    @O2 it's painful enough holding for 30 mins after being told I was being transferred only to be then cut off by someone shouting down the phone at me. Was going to change my contract but seeing as I'm at the end of my 3 year deal I may consider my options!

    @WAFCWill @O2 Exactly the same mate… whether it’s in Wigan , Blackpool , Manchester or Liverpool. Always shocking service. Hardly any signal !! Poor service

    @O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

    @carolyn_keenan @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Go directly through gigs and tours. Some more dates added later in 2023. I've just manged 2 get 2 for Sept 2023 in Manchester no problem.

    @O2 you’ve charged me 6.99 for nominated delivery today with DPD @dhlexpressuk & the courier went to the wrong address & made out he’d been & said I wasn’t in. Worst customer service I’ve ever received & I expect a refund

    @O2 Respectfully I disagree with that. Nobody who lives near me has phone signal. But I have phone signal when I leave the town I live in. Your signal checker shows no issues either

    @Lord_Viridis @O2 Ah yes the typical turn it on and off again! I stopped the script reading by announcing at the start of the call that I’m a 27year IT Veteran and over tried everything! No answer to that! I can’t believe just how poor a service they are providing

    @DavidJa51216245 @SkyNews @O2 O that glorious. I'm two months in and all I've had is lies from CS and no other help. They claim my account is unlocked but I can't even get through a simple credit check page. Maybe I'm just a month away for more terrible service

    @O2 I haven't had good signal now for years. But recently it has got out of hand. It isnt just me family and friends across the country have nothing. Are you actually doing anything about this? 5G is worse than the 3G I had a decade ago.

    @LucyProxxyfox @O2 @virginmedia Good luck with a complaint Lucy, mine is nearly 5 months old after O2 cancelled an iwatch contract incorrectly and stuck an arrangement to pay on my credit file, which stays for 6 years. About to go to the ombudsman
