@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

@O2 There's no physical damage, I think it must be a system thing as it randomly closes apps when I'm using them and the swipe function doesn't always work. It just doesn't function very smoothly for a 3 month old phone.

@O2 It was an issue with a few apps, I had to uninstall android Web browser as it was the update for that which stopped them working, seems it was a worldwide issue not just uk
