    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    @O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    Anyone else had issues with replacement phones via insurance claims with @O2 - reported last week and as of today still no phones in stock even though they receive deliveries daily and also offering no alternatives!

    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!

    @0095cc @O2 Did you ever get this sorted? Having the same issue again were they just seem to raise tickets to back end teams who never call you back, the frustrating thing is this issue can be resolved by a Apple Watch eSIM profile reset, as it happened to me last year

    @O2 i need this issue resolved im not paying £40 for bolt ons im not even going to use. That is the amount for my whole months bill including the iPhone. You need to sort out your App and let people make direct complaints

    @O2 I’m currently in Nigeria and my O2 SIM only shows “Emergency calls only.” Manual network selection also says “Selected network unavailable.” Please can you check if there’s any roaming restriction or suspension on my line?
