    @O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

    @O2 hi. I have Disney+ free till end month, when it then becomes £5.99. I saw on o2 offers I can add it for £3.99. Do I need to cancel and re add for the discount or will the £2 off auto apply when it becomes chargeable? Thanks

    O2 Remember That my Network data not working so I should not be Paying for that only Text call I should be see as the still problem not Happy With this mobile phone not working right i was hoping The shop fixed so u know @O2 the day I was there on Monday

    @O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

    @O2 I’ve travelled all over the place this year and I’ve just started noticing how frequent it drops off. Motorways, town centres, the whole area around my house. Not something I had issues with before but this year it seems to be getting worse
