Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

@O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

@O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

I wanted to talk to @O2 about a tariff. I logged into the app with my fingerprint then (eventually) found their chat service. I was asked for 5 different security facts!! Then it took 90 minutes to deal with my query when a 5 minute phone call would have done it. #covidexcuses
