    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

    @carolyn_keenan @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Go directly through gigs and tours. Some more dates added later in 2023. I've just manged 2 get 2 for Sept 2023 in Manchester no problem.

    So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    @O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

    @O2 you’ve charged me 6.99 for nominated delivery today with DPD @dhlexpressuk & the courier went to the wrong address & made out he’d been & said I wasn’t in. Worst customer service I’ve ever received & I expect a refund

    @O2 £38 for an iPhone 7 handset only in store at Bolton. MyO2 offer is £38 phone and handset. I’m disabled & would have liked support face2face but the assistant said they can’t compete with online deals!! That’s ridiculous! @PiratePaul2705

    @BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple It’s just o2. I left them after about 30 years and ID through the 3 network is so much better. For some reason, 18 months on I get a monthly bill from o2 for zero. More incompetence.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!

    @O2 can you sort out your customer service phone lines!!!!!! I am trying to do an insurance claim for my device and its saying you are open 8am to 8pm weekdays and to call back then, thanks!!! my phone is unusable so can't use the app. so what am I meant to do.

    @MrBananaStand @O2 Ring your bank and tell them you want to cancel a 'Continuous Authority' let them know you've attempted to contact O2 to cancel and you can't as you no longer have access to the account

    @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel a pay as u go contract my son had for over a year now still paying £25 a month for a phone he hasn’t got not getting anywhere fast keep getting pushed from pillar to post how hard can it be to terminate a contract 😡😡

    Today I received a txt stating my rolling plan had been cancelled and I was put on a PAYG tariff.This is so unprofessional, to change a customers plan without basic communication on WHY?if a card expires O2 should tell customer not change tariff, WTF O2 @O2
