    @O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    @O2 are awful 😡 so they say with work being carried out it may affect things BUT I cant phone anyone, I cant even send a text to anyone all day this has been it's a disgrace. I run a p/t online business how the hell am I meant to do that!! 😡😡

    @MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

    @O2 Done that. No faults. So now what? Look at the forum links above. Presumably everyone has faulty SIM cards that need to be replaced or some other range of excuses that O2 go through to play for time. I have been given £20 bill credit, but don't want it. I want a working service.

    @O2 It’s not very helpful. You obviously have a capacity issue in and around Gatwick airport. I work there and the network is essentially unusable there, it always is. This is not a temporary problem.

    @o2 Hi O2! I switched to a SIM only contract, but the 4G data is awful: in many areas where there is full signal and a "4G+" symbol at the top , the data just doesn't work or is like 2G speeds. Other areas are ok. Any idea what's happening?

    @O2 Nope. None of that helped. My boyfriend is also on O2 & has the same problems. Both of our softwares are up to date. The network checker says we should be fine & dandy here in St Ives, Cornwall at the mo & we cannot use our phones at all for internet (on hotel wifi at the mo) 👎🏼
