@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@O2 Thanks - I know why it is, it’s because half the country is on holiday here and the network can’t cope with the number of people trying to connect. Any chance something might be done about it so I can actually use my phone next summer?

@O2 been having problems all day in Richmond upon Thames. No service and no WiFi calling either. Real problem for me as recent transplant patient. If hospital can’t call me it’s a big issue!
