    @O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

    @O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

    @O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

    @GarySpedding @arokorol @O2 I’m glad you googled it, now do you see how the signal won’t just randomly ping to one 6 miles away instead of a tower right there? Also, it’s more like a 45 minute to 60 minute drive, I used to do it weekly.

    @arokorol @O2 It’s picked up a signal from a mast in the Palestinian Authority area. If you are in Dover, O2 sometimes pick up a signal from France and send you a welcome to France text

    @O2 I am in Zone 2, my Bolt-on is bought but not working. Please check for and remove all roaming bars on my account if needed… or look to see if there’s another issue. The bolt on was purchased 36 hours ago!

    @O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough

    Hey @O2 – unbelievable Srvc. Requested eSIM via ur app last Thrsdy. Physical SIM dactvtd, eSIM never works. Chat sent me to phon support, phon sent me to store which says “eSIMs are problematic” and thn sent me away for lack of physical ID (in 2026!) @MartinSLewis
