    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    Postman been. Bill for an iPad with @O2, phone with @O2 phone with Vodafone and a letter from Virgin to tell me my data has been breached. No shit Sherlock. Had enough of this now. #IdentityTheft

    @O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

    @O2 hi. I have Disney+ free till end month, when it then becomes £5.99. I saw on o2 offers I can add it for £3.99. Do I need to cancel and re add for the discount or will the £2 off auto apply when it becomes chargeable? Thanks

    Anyone else had issues with replacement phones via insurance claims with @O2 - reported last week and as of today still no phones in stock even though they receive deliveries daily and also offering no alternatives!

    @O2 you’ve charged me 6.99 for nominated delivery today with DPD @dhlexpressuk & the courier went to the wrong address & made out he’d been & said I wasn’t in. Worst customer service I’ve ever received & I expect a refund

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    @Latics1932 @EmmaThommo @PKendrickWIG @skintnortherner I’m the same I’m with @O2 once I leave the supporters club where I get WiFi and enter the DW it all goes blank, nothing, no signal.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Hi we had issues with O2 which was our Business Mobile supplier. There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

    @O2 @rraanes Youve been looking at it for over 6 months now so I doubt you're actually going to fix it. @ofcom need to look into the shoddy security on o2s site that causes customers to not be able to access accounts

    @O2 signed up 2yr sim only Fri 12/06. received msg "my new number active" but I put in a pac code to keep my old number AND the new SIM hasn't arrived yet. Also I keep getting booted out the login page now of my virgin media account. Not impressed at all. Considering cancelling
