@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

@O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

@ConnaireMcG @O2 It’s not just the O2 signal. @VodafoneUK is the same. There is a bad signal, never mind 5G we can’t get 3G. It’s proving difficult to run a business in the area when the infrastructure is so bad. Broadband is hit and miss too.

@O2 Hi. Order placed yesterday for new phone and accessories for my daughter who passed GCSE s . Next day delivery. Confirmed this morning that it was out for delivery and now rescheduled for Friday 2nd. Another week. Why . Not happy. And nor will my daughter be. Please help
