Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

@O2 No, I didn't - other providers add the discount at point of purchase & it is clear for the customer to see. That is what I am asking you to consider for the future. You have already lost my custom & the order has been placed with a company that is more transparent with costs.
