    @O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

    @O2 The worst decision I have ever made is going with O2 Network. I have visited different stores, called customer service but not getting any resolution.Will suggest to all my friends & family not to use their services. Having sleepless nights because of @O2

    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    @O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

    I really wish @O2 can sort out the issues in Horwich. Trying to contact your insurance and police etc after a break in is extremely frustrating when there's no bloody signal 😡😡

    Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

    Dear @O2 I finally got a response from your recycle team. After returning my iPhone X smashed to pieces they seem to think £100 offer is all it’s worth! So after having 2 contracts with you for 25 years and spending over £30k you can’t take care of a customer better?

    @O2, a company of double standards. Staff expect respect, but don't think they have to show any. Staff verbally abused, and laughed at me, because I have an invisible disability. Cue the copy pasted denials, and 'sorry you feel that way' fob off from O2. Awful company.

    @O2 why can’t I get through to customer services? Very irritating! I try messaging in the support section of the app, it doesn’t work as ‘no one is available’, I try calling and only works if you have a huge emergency. Any suggestions?

    @O2 I ordered a new phone for my son as he broke his three days ago for next day and all your app.keeps telling me is some bollox. Its on a delivery van, then its In warehouse S, then its being scanned etc etc... WHERE ******** IS MY ORDER! Now it says its in transit!!! 🤬🤬
