I've spent a couple of hours already on hold and talking to @virginmedia to cancel within 14 days. Now to be told that O2 is separate and I now have to do the same again for the @O2 cancellation. WHY CAN MY DAD BE SOLD SOMETHING IN A SINGLE CALL BUT I NEED TO CANCEL TWICE? 2/2
