    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 Placed an order with you for collection. Yesterday 8pm received an email stating 2 days to collect. This afternoon received an email stating order had been cancelled. Called the collection point store who were of no help. Customer services were unable to help either

    @O2 Thoroughly disappointed at the performance of o2 in handling this situation. Really serves to differentiate this company from the real decent players in the market. O2 have so much to learn. Whole experience has been terrible at a very difficult time for me and my family.
