    @O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

    @O2 do not make it easy to get a PAC code. 65075 doesn't work, 85075 is the number according to chat (which doesn't work), and myO2 just tells you to login to myO2, which has no mention of getting a PAC, except in the help pages that tells you to login to the site you're on.

    @O2 you're network is still awful in Haddington even after you've "fixed" the mast. Can't load anything while out and about and can barely make a call as only 1 bar of signal. Please do something about it rather than suggest we download things on home WiFi before going out
