I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Had enough this March and had to get PAC codes via phone call. Couldn’t even complete the call because the signal was so bad- 02 do not care. I’ll never go back to them.
