@carleyjones1 @O2 No! I never use all my data or minutes. The bill for May- which comes out on 11th June, was only £38 something. I checked the app and I’m up to date. There is no reason to take such a large amount. I can’t even talk after having my tonsils out, it’s a pain in the arse x

As if the network congestion issues in many parts of the country weren't bad enough @O2 have excelled themselves with dire customer service agents. I'm named on my husband's account but one agent shouted at me you only deal with the account holder and then hung up.

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

I seem at times the network not found in Parts in Lymm head out EE not Work ok at times around Warrington in it not weather what make Mobiles that away @EE @O2 it Good you both work side of each over =)) looking forward to 5G

For months I have been complaining about @O2 network. Central Manchester, Bolton Town Centre, Liverpool Town Centre, Edinburgh, Glasgow, etc... I pay over £300 for that privilege. And now you want to reducing the customer loyalty discount...this customer won’t be loyal!!

You just have to love @O2 one of the most grasping dishonest companies on the planet...they overcharge my business by £80. (their own error) .never apologise but expect you to pay the bill in full and then wait for a credit...what a joke outfit, cancelling all contracts Monday

@NatWest_Help @Scott_Helme Sure. Problem is there is no MSISDN associated to this text, it's just a string with "BankAlert"so without help from @O2 to trace the originator, not much to do. Same with calls from unallocated numbers. You could contact @Equinix / Telecity to whom that IP range is allocated.

@EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

@Kwig1 @virginmedia @O2 I would recommend moving to a different network, which is what I’m going to do. I was on Sky Mobile before and it was decent service, and in theory O2 was supposed to be better, but it’s just pathetic. It loses service even though it’s still showing 5 lines of 4G.

@O2 I swapped over to o2 a few weeks ago from 3. Just after the end of the 14 day cooling off period my mobile data stopped working. Where ever I go there’s a mast not working-is unusable! I’ve tried the chat function and service checker and both those aren’t working.
