    Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

    @MDOG_Manchester @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK I have been with them around 15 years too and I can’t even message people sometimes in the city centre. They offer absolutely no help whatsoever just same old bullshit replies

    @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

    hi @O2 please can you advise. spoke to someone else today that said the same. so it's better for me to cancel my call plan after the device contract ends and start again as a new customer... why not just give existing customers the same deal

    @O2 8/10 places I go. To make it worse, I can’t even access my online account to see how long I have left on my contract before I can leave due to mistakes from customer support, Despite several phone calls and email chats “my o2 is not available” Complete waste of my time.

    The customer service at @O2 is absolutely pathetic. No customer care, no notes taken about repeated calls, trying to intimidate when the error is at their end. Issue still not fixed 2 months on. Will never use o2 again.

    @O2 can you help, I am in the USA and have purchased the bolt on, starting on 15/10/22, and the bolt on carried on until 21/10/22, but now I have a bill of £1,877 for using 304mb of data, and you have cut my phone off from using data until this is paid, can you please resolve
