One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

He was putting me on mute and not listening. Your entire service has been absolutely shocking since the merge with Virgin. Can’t even get signal
