Adam 'Toast' Taylor (@burnt__toast_) reported@O2 my contract was changed last week to sim only as I don’t want an upgrade yet, but since then I’ve had limited signal for calls and no 4G/5G! -
Tony Welsby (@tonywelsby) reported@Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.
-
Alex scott (@Alexscott066) reported@O2 Tried manually to select 3 different networks, all gave same response of "your Sim won't allow you to connect to this network". My phone, on a similar tariff , has had no problems. The same thing happened on a trip to Oz last year. Turned out the 'system' had put a 'block' on.
