@O2 Yes it says 4G, I have no idea what’s going on. Is there an issue certain areas possibly?

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my device as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Stockport, England

@AndyOxon @O2 @virginmedia I've been waiting five months. Complaint gone external now!

  • springviewer John Edgar (@springviewer) reported from Wigan, England

@shafterjay @O2 Now we're paying good money for no service

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Also sorry - but what’s the point in telling me to use a network checker if you don’t accept the results of the checker? That’s literally your app I’m using and it’s giving me terrible results.

  • x_Emma_H_35_x Emma Heyes (@x_Emma_H_35_x) reported from St Helens, England

@O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

  • howierice Howard Rice (@howierice) reported from Sale, England

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

  • nuttyhill Patrick Veale (@nuttyhill) reported from Warrington, England

@O2 why does your signal seem to be terrible everywhere now? Even in town centres. I know you've partnered with @virginmedia but you didn't have to share their service quality

  • SteveVanDang Steve (@SteveVanDang) reported from Stockport, England

Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals, tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good 🤷. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

  • JMcKnighty ~Jack 🐝 (@JMcKnighty) reported from Manchester, England

Really unimpressed with @O2 Contact Centre customer service. Working in customer service myself, I know changing a direct debit date shouldn't take 30 minutes with 2 agents, a dropped call, being called back, and then being told I need to call again tomorrow This should be 2 mins

  • liammcdon97 Liam McDonald (@liammcdon97) reported from Stockport, England

£40 a month for @O2 and can't even get any signal majority of the time. Absolute jokers.

  • lindsdaniels Linds (@lindsdaniels) reported from Manchester, England

This Christmas, @O2 is donating data to those who need it. For every tweet using #O2DataPledge this Giving Tuesday, they'll donate even more data to the National Databank. Tap below to tweet your support 👇

  • violetibeh Violet (@violetibeh) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 please can I understand my refund for an order has not been done? I spoke to a customer representative after a week now and been told that it’s not on your system so I can’t get a refund? So why was a deduction made from my account and why was a receipt issued afterwards?

  • rainbowclaire Claire Dunford (@rainbowclaire) reported

Hey @O2. I'll be honest, I'm getting a little miffed. This is the second time this month we're I have been without any mobile signal at home due to issues with the mast. This has been particularly problematic as I have started a new job, working remotely

  • Andrew69Hagan Biggestspud (@Andrew69Hagan) reported

@O2 Customer support and services absolutely dreadful. Dragged out usage complaint for months, then eventually send us back the phone you’ve about 30% purchased & we’ll cancel the contract, down about £300. By the way we don’t guarantee our network signal please see our T&C.

  • zigojacko Geoff Jackson (blue tick) (@zigojacko) reported

@O2 Well I've had O2 insurance before whilst my handset came from O2 via Aerial Direct 🙄 Never mind, I will find a third party...

  • ChrisMc70034476 Chris Mckenna (@ChrisMc70034476) reported

@EnglandRugby @Springboks @O2 Never said he wasn't a great player for wasps or even that he wasn't good for England just that I haven't seen what makes everyone so adamant he MUST be selected for England yet. Granted he's only had about 25 - 30 minutes of game time.

  • crispschick CrispsChick (@crispschick) reported

@O2 Hi, I can’t get a cinema code. Instead for the past six minutes, I’m receiving the message Sorry there was a problem with your request. Try again later. Have you an idea when? Thank you

  • JadeLizabeth_x Jade Elizabeth (*JD*) (@JadeLizabeth_x) reported

@O2 I’m not asking for a fault free service. I’m asking to be able to make and receive calls and a timely repair time if something affects that. Surely i am entitled to go with another provider then because what am I actually paying for?

  • ChristWinship Chris Winship (@ChristWinship) reported

Wondering if @O2 will ever have a stable connection? Just seems to be going from average to dreadful in the last year. Lots of areas where the connection drops to H+ or just doesn't work despite saying 4g. Bath in particular is horrendous. I know plenty of that will be leaving!

  • shep1981 . (@shep1981) reported

@O2 why is your 3/4 an 5g so **** what’s happening to it.

  • Homer0061 Chris H (@Homer0061) reported

@O2 on the phone again to your customer service. Quoted at another 30 minutes wait. Do you have that many unhappy customers? The reception in by local area is terrible and 4G is very slow. BS27 area.

  • osteoconnor Terry O'Connor 🇪🇺🇮🇪🐌🦴 (@osteoconnor) reported

@lozconnor @O2 Good luck with that. Looks as if O2 have Northern Rail-level customer service.
