    Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

    @BruceDevlin @grantmathieson @O2 I work in the industry (not for O2 though, although I have had internal dealings with them) and that does seem like a very odd course of action to recommend. DM me with your issue if you want and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction?

    Spending 30 mins on the phone to @O2 for them to do nothing because they have to wait till the issues are resolved. Is there a number I can call to make a complaint?

    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

    @O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!

    @O2 I messaged earlier and you managed to help me with my query, I’ve since sent another DM but have not received any reply. I messaged as my husband lost his phone so you blocked it for me. It has now been returned by the taxi driver so he requires the phone unlocking please

    @O2 Yes the original problem is still not resolved. Can you DM me please to sort it out as I’m not wasting any more time with your shocking overseas call centres. Have you not realised by now they are a false economy?

    @O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

    Tell me why with my @virginmedia wifi and my @O2 phone contract, MY WIFI CUTS OUT CONSTANTLY AND I HAVE NO SOGNAL ANYWHERE I GO?! Thought being a customer of you both was supposed to reap massive benefits for me?

    @O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

    @O2 hello, please can i speak to you. i just spoke to an incredibly rude lady over the phone regarding an account refund you owe me that hasn't been authorised. she was SO rude and told me "it's not my problem" and i ended up hanging up.

    OMG if I get one more call from a **** head @O2 saying ‘hi, I’m just reaching out to you today (seriously?!) as you are eligible for a better deal’ - are you for real?Who writes this infuriating sales speak? Clearly they are reading from a script like robots but full of **** 😡

    Little annoyed that @O2 have let me go through the process of ordering a new phone with them under the impression it was IN STOCK!!! To then later on receive an email saying “Sorry to bring bad news, your order is OUT OF STOCK” ER.... no I want my 12 pro max now 😒🤬😩
