    @O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

    @O2 due a phone call from an engineer looking into my account at the very latest today. Rang in, lost signal, advisor had to call me back. Still nothing but yet bet you’ll take payment on time for poor service

    @O2 Family members were at the Commonwealth Games Athletics on Sunday. All the time they were in the area they could get no service. I had the same issue at the Silverstone Moto GP last yr. What are you doing to resolve this absence of service please?

    @O2 I just rang on a different number, and it still didn’t give me an option to speak to someone. Took me straight to a payment line. I’ve asked my bank and they have said the issue is on your end.

    @O2 so disappointed with your service. 5 hours on the phone to you over 2 days and have been mis-sold, mis-informed, customer service useless. All for a sale! I plan to cancel all services and take business elsewhere. Can’t believe I’ve actually been a customer for 10+years 👎🏻

    @O2 When you move house and the signal is so bad, you report it to @O2 and they say no issues found, my data is so slow and sometimes call aren't the best, from 5G to what's supposed to be 4G more like dial up... this is the same for @JadeMarieCarr

    @O2 I. Have spoken to someone every day. They try really hard to help but they don’t have the necessary expertise to resolve the issue and the support when they escalate it to technical teams apparently just doesn’t exist, at least in a reasonable timeframe. Quite disgraceful really
