Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

@O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

@Joseph_D_Evans @O2 I really second this @O2 I was in Burnley town centre today, and I couldn’t search anything on Safari. I did the usual, turn on/off… soft reset, data on/off. I pay nearly £80 a month for 90GB & I can’t use it. This is not the service I was offered at the start of my contract.

@virginmedia @O2 customer for 5 years moved in one month ago, circa 50 calls to yourselves, 6 failed appointments, a data protection breach by youreslves. Numerous cut calls and pass throughs to agents that cant help going round in circles. Not once have you ever called me back, please do so now!

@O2 your customer service is terrible. I've cancelled my cotract for a second time in a space of weeks and made a complaint. Despite promises of a call back, no call received. Your retention team called me though... funny how I can get a call to get you new business.
