  • clare_jeffs Clare (@clare_jeffs) reported from Stockport, England

They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.

  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Stockport, England

@AndyOxon @O2 @virginmedia I've been waiting five months. Complaint gone external now!

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • bodsy0 Mike Bowden (@bodsy0) reported from Stockport, England

@o2 you really need to change your 'on-hold' music #terrible 😎

  • DaveWrigh Dave Wright (@DaveWrigh) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @grantmathieson @O2 I work in the industry (not for O2 though, although I have had internal dealings with them) and that does seem like a very odd course of action to recommend. DM me with your issue if you want and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction?

  • eagleeyedferret Adrian Simcox (@eagleeyedferret) reported from Urmston, England

@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

  • chrisrogan Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported from Manchester, England

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

  • OliverBanks Oliver Banks 🇺🇦 (@OliverBanks) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 hi, how do I cancel a contract within the 14 day cooling off period please?

  • itspaulactually Paul (@itspaulactually) reported from St Helens, England

Nah, @o2, you’re *************** now. If I’m in a crowd of more than 10, I get no signal. Tear up my contract now. @ee, you game?

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Also sorry - but what’s the point in telling me to use a network checker if you don’t accept the results of the checker? That’s literally your app I’m using and it’s giving me terrible results.

  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

  • J0eH0lmes Joe Holmes (@J0eH0lmes) reported from Stockport, England

@joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

@O2 I am sick of poor signal in my area. Barely get 4g and mostly have 3G. What recourse do I have to end my contract early? Vodafone are much better. Sorry

  • rugbyrob666 RedRobT (@rugbyrob666) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 You negotiated to take "no phone charges" away from us with brexshite. You allowed the companies to reintroduce them. Now you have the nerve to pretend that we should be grateful for this "magnificent" gesture. God you really do think we are stupid

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 So it's down to them, which they can change at any time they want, like you promised that you wouldn't raise tax on jobs national insurance, to get votes, now hiking taxes as the pips squeak on the workers

  • DairyContrary73 Jet Set ***** 💙 (@DairyContrary73) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Given that Virgin are a Virtual Mobile Network Operator using EE 4G and Vodafone 5G networks, this won't sit well with EE/Vodafone customers 👀

  • Thomson2Douglas dougie (@Thomson2Douglas) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 I’d be more happier if you would stop lying to the people of this country and you and your reptile mates get tae **** #JohnsonMustResign
