    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    @O2 why have you changed the refresh from 90 days to 11 months. Been a customer for over 25 years and always been happy either service and deals but recently it’s been going down hill.

    Dogs**t service from @O2, spent months trying to change a direct debit date resulting in multiple late payments/being cut off because your customer service team can't follow simple instructions of when to take payment, nor do you have any online/app options to do this, also an absolute nightmare to get through to anyone. Contract cancelled. I'm off to @EE.

    @O2 Formal complaint ignored. £350 overcharged, refund promised but not paid. Wrong phone delivered twice, still without phone. Account merged with another customer (data breach). Partner pregnant. Urgent response needed. @o2businessuk

    @O2 well after having 2 accounts for years and no issues and it working fine you have now logged me out of my o2 app and I now can’t access it at all no matter what I try . Why? It was working fine. Looks like I will be needing 2 x pac codes.
