    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    @O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 Fully understand and appreciate how difficult it is currently. But why have you set up a loop that doesn’t let people use your services between the app and phone? I’m not calling with an emergency so now feel like I’m wasting time for people who may need it!

    @O2 Not changed my mind I want that ******* call back surely you guys can bloody escalate it and email someone to call @MarkEvansO2 you must be proud a customer is constantly fobbed off and forced to waited more than 4 days for a call back that "supposedly" meant to get within 24 hrs
