@O2 horrible password process. conflicting information between website and WhatsApp support. nightmare to get through, advisor doesn’t listen then just hangs up. Regretting switching now

  • clare_jeffs
Clare (@clare_jeffs) reported from Stockport, England

They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.

  • Inthemanshed
Stu (@Inthemanshed) reported from Macclesfield, England

@O2 send me a link to DM you please. I’ve spoken to a o2 employee but still have no network!

  • Mr_NickBowe

  • J0eH0lmes
Joe Holmes (@J0eH0lmes) reported from Stockport, England

@joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

  • GoaterBilly
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported from Strines, England

@O2 disappointing that o2 treat us like **** after 20 years as both a personal and business customer. Seems they’re happy for us to walk away. Clueless customer service. No attempt to help us.

  • Cheshirecats17
Splendiferous (@Cheshirecats17) reported from Bollington, England

@O2 please tell me how I can arrange to pay my device balance and port my number when I have no mobile signal at home and your service numbers are solely automated? Dreadful service.

  • thecharleslloyd
thecharleslloyd (@thecharleslloyd) reported from Buxton, England

@DPDgroup_news It arrived 6 days late and damaged. In answer to your question. In the UK and Stoke is the depot it came out of. @O2 should be a priority customer for you, but you don’t give a damn about delivering their products safely, on time and intact

  • yannickmcosta
Yannick McCabe-Costa (@yannickmcosta) reported from Stockport, England

@NatWest_Help @Scott_Helme Sure. Problem is there is no MSISDN associated to this text, it's just a string with "BankAlert"so without help from @O2 to trace the originator, not much to do. Same with calls from unallocated numbers. You could contact @Equinix / Telecity to whom that IP range is allocated.

  • JulesSkirvin
Julie Skirvin (@JulesSkirvin) reported from Buxton, England

@O2 How can they be sold out when the app hasn't been working all day? 😡 Extremely poor customer service and that's being polite

  • lizkellettuk

@O2 Hi there. I’ve requested my code to cancel my contract as it seems that’s the only way. Please can you PM me as I have still received a bill. Thanks.

  • GoaterBilly
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported from Strines, England

@O2 which idiot authorises sending out texts at 4 o’clock in the morning to update me about my phone order? Get real. The person needs punching or sacking or both!

  • sampixeldot
Sam 🤸🏻‍♀️ (@sampixeldot) reported from Macclesfield, England

@O2 Yep I have. It says you've been working on masts in the last 24hrs but there should be no current issues. After you've been working on masts, how long do you expect til signal is normal again?

  • howierice
Howard Rice (@howierice) reported from Sale, England

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

  • shuttsi77
Richard Shuttleworth (@shuttsi77) reported from Wilmslow, England

@O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

  • anthonylawson79

  • GoaterBilly
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported from Strines, England

@O2 beware of what you get told and sold by o2, they’ve ripped us off in a big way. Customer loyalty counts for nothing. After over 20 years with them, we can’t wait to go elsewhere. As unhelpful as it gets

O2 Issues Reports

  • KerZE87
    emze (@KerZE87) reported

@O2 do you think I haven’t been trying that? Your engineer team have been working on masts for weeks now and when they give the completion date it’s never fixed!

  • JakeMooreUK
    Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported

@O2 Other networks do not have this problem.

  • dataeatworld
    DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported

@maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.

  • wearemadcat
    𝕞𝔸𝕕𝕔𝔸𝕥 (@wearemadcat) reported

Fact: @O2 spends the money that suppose to improve their network on commercials. #uk #mobile

  • rafthemaster
    Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported

@Bov__ @O2 @VodafoneUK Depends if it’s cheaper to move to another carrier that gives you the same *wonderful* service 🙃

  • KerZE87
    emze (@KerZE87) reported

o2 this is getting ridiculous now either you sort your signalling issues out in my town or refund me monthly bill for the service you haven’t been providing for WEEEEEKS @O2

  • geordiequin
    Rob Collins (@geordiequin) reported

@O2 what is wrong with the loss of signal in North Hampshire, repeatedly have to restart as not registered on network, when I use it. Maybe I should try this when paying the bill to you

  • 21BROMAR
    BROMAR (@21BROMAR) reported

@O2 biggest waste of time you guys are - your complaints team are terrible you’ve made so many mistakes - misinformed me on my insurance - anyone with o2 ask them to check t&c’s guarantee they don’t actually know about their services - btw I’m an ex employee of @O2

  • KerZE87
    emze (@KerZE87) reported

@Mr__J_J @O2 That’s disgusting!!! I’d definitely look elsewhere that’s appalling customer service. They’ve been “fixing” a mast near me for weeks, keep giving completion dates and it’s never fixed and then they send out new alerts with new completion dates and again never fixed. I’m not asking for a complete refund just money off my bills bc why tf am I paying £73 a month for no service @O2

  • niamhskinner
    Niamh Skinner (@niamhskinner) reported

@O2 😭😭😭 this is still not answering my question! I’m close to pulling my hair out now!! Can someone please read my tweets and example and confirm if I WOULD or WOULD NOT get satellite signal in that situation?!
