    Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

    @chlo3matthewman @O2 @viagogo Tickets on there for over a £1000 now, O2 clearly weren’t experiencing issues with ticket demand unless you were an ordinary customer who wanted them at face value. Very very poor

    @DPDgroup_news It arrived 6 days late and damaged. In answer to your question. In the UK and Stoke is the depot it came out of. @O2 should be a priority customer for you, but you don’t give a damn about delivering their products safely, on time and intact

    @O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

    Customer service matters. About to sign up for a @VodafoneUK contract because Britney at the Victoria branch was so helpful (unlike the guy at @O2 who clearly couldn’t be bothered and just wanted me done and out of the way ASAP).

    @O2 Can anyone advise? Messaged but nothing. I have spent another 1hr 45 minutes on the phone in the last 24 hours, with yet more promises of calls back which have not happened. 23.5.22 this all started and O2 have shown no concern nor help with this

    @JonoG1 @O2 O2 are useless Jon, I've tried to increase my Tariff for nearly 2 weeks now and nobody is interested, spoke to 4 different people, had promises and still not been done. I've sent 2 email complaints and they've not answered them. Poor customer service.

    @O2 Great not only have i still not had my £30 refund from April. But i cant assess the Internet while outside my home. Before they come back and say check yoyr mobile data crap i have unlimited im going to take this to the ombudsman for theft of customers money
