1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 Your customer service is is useless. I have been very ill and had problems paying my bill. You were no help and you have passed my accounts on to two debt collection agencies. They are useless too. They want me to pay but I need my phone to authorise payments. Genius

@jesshardy20 @O2 @LewisCapaldi The app kept freezing when I was on but I eventually got on only to find Glasgow was scalped to **** 😭. Panic bought the only tickets I could get for Sheffield, thank god my husband drives lol. Hopefully I can get tickets for Glasgow on Thursday and I'll sell my 2 Sheff ones 😭
