@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@O2 Spend more time communicating the same problems your colleagues haven't resolved in 4 hours of calls across 5 days? Why? I asked to speak with a manager. No luck on that either. You are the worst example of customer service I have ever come across. #badcustomerservice
