    @joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

    Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

    @O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

    @chlo3matthewman @O2 @viagogo Tickets on there for over a £1000 now, O2 clearly weren’t experiencing issues with ticket demand unless you were an ordinary customer who wanted them at face value. Very very poor

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

    @O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

    @O2 I’ve just switched to you from Three and your network is terrible. I’ve got full 4G signal but after about 5 mins of using it, it stops working, and I have to switch my data off and back on again to get it going. iPhone 14 pro max, brand new phone. Not cheap. Terrible signal.

    @O2 Please help me with some better customer service. I have just recently moved from virgin to o2 and all was going fine until I went abroad. No mobile data and I can’t call my own wife here in Spain. When I call you I am told to wait for 3 days. I have now been in Spain for 4 !
