@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

@lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

@O2 Thats a massive ***** up on your part really. You promised a service that has failed for many of your customers by not working at all. I appreciate demand was high but O2 has let its customers down massively. The second it crashed sales should have been halted until repaired

@O2 Who had them all? All I’ve seen is everyone have the same issue as I did and couldn’t get on the site. Now the same tickets are going for hundreds,if not thousands of £s I thought they stopped people from getting scammed by touts? Clearly not!
