@O2 just to give Jake at o2 Oldham store a review as I don’t know where else to do it! First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

@O2 hi, I live in a rural area with no mobile signal. I would like to return my pay monthly sim which arrived today & end my contract as I'm unable to get wifi calling on my phone (the reason I took out the contract) and no signal to cancel it by phone.

@PAULMONK @VOXI_UK You are bang on there. Other networks don’t seem to have the same issues. I travel a lot and to have to pay extra and only be allowed 15 days and still be capped is poor form. Looks like @O2 will be getting a new customer .
