@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

@O2 just to give Jake at o2 Oldham store a review as I don’t know where else to do it! First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 i went in store to cancel my mums old phone as she couldn't hear anything from her home phone. Still a terrible connection in store(so ironic) and was on the phone over 120 minutes and then just hung up on me!!!! Even the store assistant was gobsmacked. #terribleservice
