Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals,tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good 🤷. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

With @O2 for 12 years, received no bonus/increases/discounts in tariff or service plan, left last month for @giffgaff - monthly entitlement same, no contract and half the price. Also, they've already added data to my plan after 1 month. Tidy. (NB: GiffGaff runs on 02, go figure)

@virginmedia No it is a letter from @O2 I had resolved an issue and the account was closed and ack. by their complaint dept but now there is a threatening letter which I have contacted their complaint department about but they will not speak to me as the account is closed -figure that one🙄

@o2 Been having signal problems since March, when I initially reported it I was told work was being carried out and the network was busy, but we’re now in June and the problem is ongoing. Apparently have 3/4 bars of 4g signal but nothing will load and messages don’t go through
