@DPDgroup_news It arrived 6 days late and damaged. In answer to your question. In the UK and Stoke is the depot it came out of. @O2 should be a priority customer for you, but you don’t give a damn about delivering their products safely, on time and intact

Fantastic (sarcasm) service from @O2 today... Ask for a replacement sim, their automated system then cancels my current "working" sim before it's even been delivered. Great. Thanks for leaving me without a phone for 3-5 days there... Time to switch to @bt_uk for mobile too?

@O2 That just takes me round in circles, I want to send you a message to get my account activated as for some reason it isn’t so I can’t reset the password to log in to myo2. There is nothing in those pages to help and so I select contact us and it takes me back there.
