    Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals,tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good 🤷. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

    You just have to love @O2 one of the most grasping dishonest companies on the planet...they overcharge my business by £80. (their own error) .never apologise but expect you to pay the bill in full and then wait for a credit...what a joke outfit, cancelling all contracts Monday

    @O2 my wife & I have been customers of o2 for years from the time you done home contracts, but we now considering changing due to lack of customer care. We have had issues with no signal on our mobiles, you sent out 2 new sims, my phone works my wifes doesnt.
