  • J0eH0lmes Joe Holmes (@J0eH0lmes) reported from Stockport, England

@joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

  • bodsy0 Mike Bowden (@bodsy0) reported from Stockport, England

@o2 you really need to change your 'on-hold' music #terrible 😎

  • elgobsucram Marcus 🇬🇧✊🏾 (@elgobsucram) reported from Manchester, England

Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my device as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • DaveWrigh Dave Wright (@DaveWrigh) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @grantmathieson @O2 I work in the industry (not for O2 though, although I have had internal dealings with them) and that does seem like a very odd course of action to recommend. DM me with your issue if you want and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction?

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

  • chrisrogan Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported from Manchester, England

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Stockport, England

@AndyOxon @O2 @virginmedia I've been waiting five months. Complaint gone external now!

  • eagleeyedferret Adrian Simcox (@eagleeyedferret) reported from Urmston, England

@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!

  • eagleeyedferret Adrian Simcox (@eagleeyedferret) reported from Urmston, England

@O2 Yes the original problem is still not resolved. Can you DM me please to sort it out as I’m not wasting any more time with your shocking overseas call centres. Have you not realised by now they are a false economy?

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

  • OliverBanks Oliver Banks 🇺🇦 (@OliverBanks) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 hi, how do I cancel a contract within the 14 day cooling off period please?

  • eagleeyedferret Adrian Simcox (@eagleeyedferret) reported from Urmston, England

@O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

  • clare_jeffs Clare (@clare_jeffs) reported from Stockport, England

They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.

  • Dr_Bass Doctor Bass (@Dr_Bass) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

  • grantmathieson Grant Griffiths-Mathieson (@grantmathieson) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @O2 Has she maybe assumed data protection issue

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Also sorry - but what’s the point in telling me to use a network checker if you don’t accept the results of the checker? That’s literally your app I’m using and it’s giving me terrible results.

@O2 why is my internet not working 75% of the time these days?! phone says I have 4G, but then nothing works and all my apps tell me I have no internet connection. I don’t pay £60+ a month for it to not work???????

  • jamieinindia Jamie (@jamieinindia) reported

@O2 how do I speak to a human being in your complaints department? I am starting to worry the guy emailing me from your Complaints Review Service may actually be a bot because he seems to only respond with things he has copy and pasted

  • vhawp ? (@vhawp) reported

@O2 Im really unhappy with your service, pls can you reply to my concern its urgent. if i bought another ticket to a concert that i’m already going to for my friend, would we still be entering together or are there multiple entrances that wld make us not be able to go in 2gether?

  • Nino7 Neena Dhana-Finnis (@Nino7) reported

@O2 And what do we do when a mast stops working on 16/9, and you do nothing about it? Come on O2 you are a multinational company. Fix the bloody Mast!!!

    @O2 still not working!

Always a good measure of a business when you test their reactions to their customer's querying of their poor service. 29 hours without response. Pathetic @O2

@O2 your customer service made my daughter cry, so abusive. Cancelling all 5 VIP contracts with you tomorrow. Disgusting.
