Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals,tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good 🤷. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

@O2 Hi I was on o2 since free calls in eve and weekend but changed to @skymobile as your signal was so bad. Sky is no better as i think they use your masts. Mobile phone companys have as there best selling point,battery life and great camera but No one ever boasts a great signal @o2

I’ve never experienced such terrible service in the States. Called @O2 and nothing they can do about it. Reset settings, taken out sim etc but phone is useless without wi-fi. Just gives me the pointless EDGE indicator. Anyone find @EE better? #iphone 😡😡😡😡
