@O2 @TheO2 i’ve received disgusting service from o2 over the past few months regarding a bereavement issue. I’ve made multiple complaints and was told on Wednesday that I would get a call back from a manager within 48 hours. No surprise that I still haven’t had one 3 days later.

I am so fed up with @O2 when I have 5G coverage all up and down the country yet nothing works. 5G is a joke, no faster or reliable than 4G
