@virginmedia @O2 @TheOlDavenport Same old virgin media. I just don't get why you have a chat service on here and on your website as you can't do anything on Twitter to help all you say is, have you got an open complaint. Then the website chat service doesn't even work. You are crap end of.

@virginmedia @O2 Can't be sure how many of my complaints have been closed. I have never agreed to close any of them, this doesn't account for what you decided to do. Social media operators insist they won't help, that I have to spend days on phone to Philippines. See you in court, I guess.

@O2 gotta be one of the worst provider's in London now. What happened to them? Used to have great customer service, now its terrible, I'm in South London, getting H instead of 4g!? How can you get H in London? You lot are getting sacked. Who's a good mobile provider?
-
Jennie

I really hope this @O2 merger doesn't effect their customer service as they have always done me proud. Shame the same can't be said for @virginmedia who are absolutely shocking, almost 4 months of issues when terminating my contract with them.... absolute joke! 😡

@O2 Yep. It was timestamped at 12.43pm Wednesday but arrived at 01.03am Thursday. Fortunately I hadn't been on Twitter all day so I'd missed the news, which was lucky, as I would've been seriously disappointed to have found out that way after so long as a customer!

So now @O2 have gone from telling me “it can take up to 24hrs for a new SIM card to activate” which is strange, because it’s literally swapping the number over, to them totally ignoring me. #Poor
