@O2 I need to escalate a complaint re. a member of staff who refuses to to 1) process my upgrade and 2) who has just terminated my call. Who can I talk to? Your staff say it’s not possible to talk to a manager.

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

  • BrendanB2 Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • StephenScarth Stephen Scarth (@StephenScarth) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

  • EmGymMum Em (@EmGymMum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

  • billyjatkins billy (@billyjatkins) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@seanp280 @O2 Where are you in Belfast? I live beside city hospital and I get full bars all over the city, 5G too! Only when I venture into the depths of County Down does it deteriorate lol

  • thebaldfather Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AndyStocks_ Andy (@AndyStocks_) reported

@O2 Your priority is as trifle as your signal, how could you not have expected this

  • RhinomediaJR Rhino (@RhinomediaJR) reported

@Angi_Lott @leviiwilloughby @O2 It stops bots from grabbing tickets to resale at stupid prices.

  • nostalgiaslave Lee (@nostalgiaslave) reported

@O2 You're an absolute disgrace! You have lost me now as a customer and I would suspect a lot more people! You are clearly in cahoots with Ticketmaster and all the Tout agencies! No access at all this morning, London presale sold out apparently? And ALL FOR £500+ ON VIAGOFYASELF

  • 500daysofSoph //Sophie// (@500daysofSoph) reported

@O2 @O2PriorityUK #peterkay Thinking of leaving o2 for a while now after being with them for around 15 years - today has sealed that fate. How crap is it on your customers that your ‘priority’ perk isn’t working yet all the touts are selling tickets for over 10x face value?

  • MurfTheMod Modernist (@MurfTheMod) reported

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Been trying all morning but only getting Error 503/4 or a "we know there's a problem" message. Priority may last 48hrs but your supply of "priority" tickets won't. #O2Priority for what, wasting time & effort. Always useless whenever there's anything worth having,it can't be got

  • DFrankcom Dan Frankcom (@DFrankcom) reported

@Annie19750 @PS5GameBlog @O2 I agree - I’m cancelling my contracts asap. The signal doesn’t work in Bath and the priority tickets are a shambles

  • SueC1907 SueC (@SueC1907) reported

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Organiser should cancel any tickets which they can trace as being offered for sale at inflated prices - they were priced on the low end on purpose, great decision by whoever made it - Peter Kay so down to earth wouldn’t be surprised if it was his idea

  • JessCoombs9 Jess Coombs (@JessCoombs9) reported

@waddyrach @OllieBu79110670 @O2 do you have to be already logged into priority though? that's my problem...

  • Andyderrick_kip Andrew Derrick (@Andyderrick_kip) reported

    @O2 Why offer a service you can’t deliver?#fraud

  • JoshRatcliffe19 Josh Ratcliffe (@JoshRatcliffe19) reported

@O2 priority is a joke I have been trying to get on the priority app for 2 and half hours, ontop of **** signal service everywhere I go, needs to be sorted out pay good money to be in contract with O2…
