    @O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

    Hello? Is the @o2 website broken? I wanted to use chat. I can log in but get a message "somethings gone wrong". The search web page is corrupted an unuable. This was #Chrome . So I tried #FireFox . Same result.

    So @o2 I encountered the website problem on Safari (phone), Chrome and Firefox. 30 minutes later after chatting with #o2 customer service, I tried again, and the problem has gone away on all 3 platforms. I assume you fixed the fault?
