    @O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

    @O2 I never used to have a problem getting the cinema voucher codes, since you've gone in with virgin I can no longer claim a free cafe Nero a month or a cinema ticket as they seem to sell out within a minute. Went on bang on 12pm today and was already out of stock...
