    @O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

    @O2 I need to escalate a complaint re. a member of staff who refuses to to 1) process my upgrade and 2) who has just terminated my call. Who can I talk to? Your staff say it’s not possible to talk to a manager.

    @O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

    @O2 I’ve also had the issue repeatedly where people can’t hear me down the other end of the phone, which has happened just now after being on hold with the bank for 47 minutes and then the call failed. I don’t know if there’s a difference between phone and data signals
