    @o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

    Just got stuck at Five ways station for 10 mins because evidently it's an @o2 black spot and I couldn't access my train tickets. @WestMidRailway Staff were no help, even though I showed them the email which proved I purchased the tickets.

    @O2 my contract expires later this year, and so far I won't be renewing. I bought a 5G phone for faster data speeds, but 5G in Manchester is just a joke. Check your website and just always shows a known mast issue. This mast repair must be the longest repair job in history!

    @O2 ordered a phone last night. They promise next day before midnight. Paid £5.99 to arrive before 12 noon. Had to chase as nothing arrived. Was cut off a call, twice. Then told no phone was allocated to me and it wouldn't be today. Sometime. I told O2 it's a bad Omen.

    @O2 absolutely disgraceful service from you today. A newly bereaved widow asked us to sort out her late husband phone. We had to hang on for 27 minutes until someone from the so-called bereavement specialist team could be bothered to answer the call and then be downright rude
