O2 Issues Reports Near Donaghcloney, Northern Ireland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Donaghcloney and nearby locations:

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 You play fast and loose with customer records and exploit trust. Shame on @o2 for a blatant breach of customer goodwill.

  • UlsterMag Blah Blah Blah (@UlsterMag) reported from Banbridge, Northern Ireland

@O2 Carphone Warehouse I think. I was told because my contract was with o2, they would fix it.

  • JeremyAdamsNI Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Great customer service @O2. Placed an online order at 6.30pm last night and arrived 4.45pm in Belfast.

  • EmGymMum Em (@EmGymMum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

It’s plain that @O2 sell their customer database to any player willing to put up the cash. Which is why the customer ends up targeted by bad players like @aerial_direct preying on ignorance of what a megabyte is.

  • mcadam_rob Rob McAdam (@mcadam_rob) reported from Lurgan, Northern Ireland

@coolfm just when you feel it could be you winning the cool cash call , the stupid networks @tescomobile & @O2 are down and have been for over an hour now 😠

  • BrendanB2 Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • Utter_Dil_Emma Mad Madame Em (@Utter_Dil_Emma) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I assume my bus home crashed and I died because hell is surely dealing with @O2 customer service chat for a ******* hour and a half.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • DAVIDBUZZ2904 DAVIDBUZZ2904 (@DAVIDBUZZ2904) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk No the @TalkTalk number was 03451720088 And @O2 give me 03451720091 The email number was 03451720032 No success at all very bad customer service so far !!!

  • apallan ANN P V ALLAN (@apallan) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Girlzmum Very poor service from @O2 especially to a front line worker in the NHS #NHS who needs her phone.

  • jtoal James Toal (@jtoal) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 Yes of course it is, but not when I needed it last night. It is *invariably* down when I try to use it late at night. I raised this issue a few months ago also.

  • JeremyAdamsNI Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 AirPods and 🎅 is looking after them! Again fantastic service.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 You don’t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. I’m actually disgusted. 🤮

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve been onto your customer services. They refused to tell me how much it would cost to buy out this awful contract. Threatened termination fees from @o2. A retentions team will be in contact. 🙄 My family member *thought* she was with @o2 - misdirection from you of course. 🤮

  • kkanecelt kierankane (@kkanecelt) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@o2 is the worst shittiest network I've ever been on in my life

  • thebaldfather Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

On Thursday, what I assume was the first SIM arrived after all. I called @O2 and explained - no problem, I was told, she’d set that one up now for me. Just wait 24 hours for it to activate. 24 hours came and went. Still not working.

  • Jake60565753 Jake (@Jake60565753) reported

  • TheChrisPrice Chris Price (@TheChrisPrice) reported

So on Friday, the second-ordered SIM arrives and my phone is still not working. I call @O2 and they say there appears to be a problem with the first SIM but try the second SIM and wait 24 hours and it should work as they’ve fixed the issues on this one. I hold my breath.

  • IronRich237 Rich Jones (@IronRich237) reported

@O2 Yes I’ve checked that multiple times. It’s not just my phone either, my family has 2 other @o2 iPhones and they struggle for signal at home to. This has been going on for weeks #unhappywithservice

  • marshal65672517 marshall anderson (@marshal65672517) reported

@O2 get your payment management team in order, tried calling three times and had the phone put down on me

  • 19dixie87 D1X1Eone (@19dixie87) reported

@O2 Complaint more about virgin (see other reply). o2 complaint is about the ridiculous q’s I was being asked on live chat and on call. Said I didn’t received sim but then asked to confirm the sim num then proceeded to ask me for the code that was sent to o2 sim. Full complaint tmro

  • TheChrisPrice Chris Price (@TheChrisPrice) reported

But it's not the two low-lives who stole my phone who are behind my prolonged despair, although I'd love it if the bleeders were caught (they won't be) and I could give them a piece of my mind (I never will). No, the bumbling antagonist in this sorry story is @O2.
