  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

It’s plain that @O2 sell their customer database to any player willing to put up the cash. Which is why the customer ends up targeted by bad players like @aerial_direct preying on ignorance of what a megabyte is.

  • cathal_hanlon Cathal Ó hAnnluain (@cathal_hanlon) reported from Rathfriland, Northern Ireland

@O2 why do I pay for your service when the product you sell me does not work network coverage is poor at best and internet is not worth the hassle as it's so slow

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve been onto your customer services. They refused to tell me how much it would cost to buy out this awful contract. Threatened termination fees from @o2. A retentions team will be in contact. 🙄 My family member *thought* she was with @o2 - misdirection from you of course. 🤮

  • sophiebentley14 Sophie Bentley (@sophiebentley14) reported from Portadown, Northern Ireland

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

  • andun1010 ross carr (@andun1010) reported from Hilltown, Northern Ireland

Carlsberg did poor customer service then @O2 would probably #awful

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 You don’t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. I’m actually disgusted. 🤮

  • niamharmagh11 Niamh Thornbury (@niamharmagh11) reported from Lurgan, Northern Ireland

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 You play fast and loose with customer records and exploit trust. Shame on @o2 for a blatant breach of customer goodwill.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

  • mcadam_rob Rob McAdam (@mcadam_rob) reported from Lurgan, Northern Ireland

@coolfm just when you feel it could be you winning the cool cash call , the stupid networks @tescomobile & @O2 are down and have been for over an hour now 😠

@O2 why is o2 network so bad I pay for something that doesn't work 4g what a joke

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • DAVIDBUZZ2904 DAVIDBUZZ2904 (@DAVIDBUZZ2904) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 @druwakely I’ve never got an @O2 treat they charged an elderly customer my gran over £200 on pay as you go for a month

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

  • UlsterMag Blah Blah Blah (@UlsterMag) reported from Banbridge, Northern Ireland

@O2 Carphone Warehouse I think. I was told because my contract was with o2, they would fix it.

  • markwright925 Mark Wright (@markwright925) reported

@O2 Hi, I've recently upgraded my phone. Very pleased with it and the service provided. Included with the handset was a leaflet explaining how to redeem some headphones. The offer does not exist as far as I can see. The headphones are redeemable through Sony. Please help.

  • DarksideRJD Ross J.D (@DarksideRJD) reported

@Aaron_787 @EE @O2 See I’ve never had an issue with O2 myself and my upgrade actually came quicker than what they said it would when I did it last November. Could it be down to the delivery courier or something and poor communication from O2?

  • CofCdivM Craig W (@CofCdivM) reported

@StopFundingHate @O2 as a family we have 4 contracts on the go with you. I would seek to change to another company if you support this new pseudo-news channel by advertising with them

  • MissJMills2 Julie Mills (@MissJMills2) reported

@O2 I did send a PM, never got an answer!

  • SLH_1990 Stacey 🌺 (@SLH_1990) reported

@O2 hi hoping someone can help before I ring up, I got a phone yesterday (s20 FE) is it normal to not come with headphones now?

  • lovelybyleah Leah Morris (@lovelybyleah) reported

@O2 @comedycrowdtv I’ve mentioned you in 2 tweets in less than 24 hours ... You need to take action and respond to me ... this 7 month action has gone on long enough I just want to end this stupid contract ffs!!!!

  • winstanley_c Craig Winstanley (@winstanley_c) reported

@StopFundingHate @O2 I would have to seek a new phone company if you help to fund these people with your advertising money #DontFundGBNews

  • DarksideRJD Ross J.D (@DarksideRJD) reported

@Aaron_787 @EE @O2 I get that. And honestly from my W ork as well knowing certain couriers aren’t able to do the set turnarounds at the moments I think it’s poor service companies still offering guaranteed delivery when they know there’s room they may not be able to do so. And should get a refund

  • MrJamesMahon James Mahon (@MrJamesMahon) reported

@O2 I was supposed to get a delivery from you yesterday, DHL have claimed they delivered it at 18:00 hours and that ‘James’ signed for it but they haven’t been to my house. Can you help by blocking the phone? Thank you.

  • Ell_Henshaw name Jeff (@Ell_Henshaw) reported

@O2 how do I cancel my phone contract with you. Ive tried looking on my account to see how however it does not say, same with looking it up online. So how do I do it?
