  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 You play fast and loose with customer records and exploit trust. Shame on @o2 for a blatant breach of customer goodwill.

  • DAVIDBUZZ2904 DAVIDBUZZ2904 (@DAVIDBUZZ2904) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 @druwakely I’ve never got an @O2 treat they charged an elderly customer my gran over £200 on pay as you go for a month

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • Dessydd83 🙈Derek Doughty🙉 (@Dessydd83) reported from Bessbrook, Northern Ireland

@O2 hi is there anything I can get to boost the o2 signal in my house? Reception is really poor due to the thick walls in the house

  • sophiebentley14 Sophie Bentley (@sophiebentley14) reported from Portadown, Northern Ireland

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

  • MrsZouZou Zoё Pritchard (@MrsZouZou) reported from Donaghcloney, Northern Ireland

@O2 The name is Zoë and I’ve already checked for faults in the area and switched my phone on and off. Nothing has improved your service.

  • cathal_hanlon Cathal Ó hAnnluain (@cathal_hanlon) reported from Rathfriland, Northern Ireland

@O2 why do I pay for your service when the product you sell me does not work network coverage is poor at best and internet is not worth the hassle as it's so slow

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve been onto your customer services. They refused to tell me how much it would cost to buy out this awful contract. Threatened termination fees from @o2. A retentions team will be in contact. 🙄 My family member *thought* she was with @o2 - misdirection from you of course. 🤮

  • DAVIDBUZZ2904 DAVIDBUZZ2904 (@DAVIDBUZZ2904) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

  • UlsterMag Blah Blah Blah (@UlsterMag) reported from Banbridge, Northern Ireland

@O2 Carphone Warehouse I think. I was told because my contract was with o2, they would fix it.

  • solutionsforu09 solutions expert (@solutionsforu09) reported

@O2 I've been trying to add a spending cap to my plan, I need to contact customer service for it (other providers allow you to do it yourself). Tried to start a live chat since last week, always get the message about CS being busy. And a bill of over £130 due to lack of spending cap

  • briandeco2 .... (@briandeco2) reported

@RobTebbutt @TheO2 Don’t worry @O2 was supposed to call me back last week about my terrible signal and haven’t

@O2 why am I unable to dial out on my phone, is there yet another problem with your network??

  • ryanjl86 Ryan Leahy (@ryanjl86) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, does Sky Mobile impose any speed limits on data when roaming? Asking because I know you use @o2 network, and they impose a roaming speed limit of 500kbps, which essentially renders it useless

  • ASHARNETT Ash Arnett (@ASHARNETT) reported

@O2 Fantastic I bought them from you, online and am still paying for them. Have taken them to an iPhone approved service centre and they have said it’s a hardware fault and they said to speak to Apple who I spoke to and they have confirmed it sounds like a hardware issue.

  • dazwell3_darren Darren Richardson (@dazwell3_darren) reported

@O2 My wife and I can't make calls or texts and our data is not working when not connected to the wifi. It's been going on for about three days now. I've checked your network coverage thing and it's just saying "it can get busy" can we have an update please??

  • FosPinv PINV-FOS (@FosPinv) reported

@O2 the complimentary ocean tickets are always unavailable or out of stock when I try and claim them. I’m aware they’re released at 2pm on a Wednesday but always out of stock. Is there an issue with the app?

  • MWalker1869 Matt (@MWalker1869) reported

@O2 Throwback to when I had a decent signal.

  • Hasoon_000 H (@Hasoon_000) reported

@O2 Hi an advisor yesterday advised me to replace my sim due to the fact I’m unable to receive sms text messages, however I have woken up today with no signal whatsoever. Shouldn’t I receive my sim in hand before you leave me disconnected with Royal Mail on strike

  • HopefullyCreat1 Hopefully Creating (@HopefullyCreat1) reported

@O2 I don’t think it is down to that if you look at the photos. I was on the app prior to 2pm. There is a problem with the app. Not a user error!
