@Louise243 @O2 I totally agree with you Louise, and why did they send the alert out twice, one at 7:45am and the other at 8am (heard some ppl got it 3 times ) Luckily I was awake and having my breakfast but it's such a bad time to do it.

@O2 hi is there a way to check if a PAYG sim has been cut off, I just turned the phone on to get a new priorities code as the app crashed and had to reinstall it and now the PAYG sim just says “no service”
