.@O2 sitting in a power cut, but at least I have full 4G signal…. Despite what my phone shows, nothing is updating and have been forced to hotspot off my husband’s EE signal… not your finest hour!

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Yes it’s a network issue and it’s a continuous issue for months! I don’t see network coverage being better and I’m loosing money paying a network that doesn’t even give me basic coverage. I should of went with @EE

@O2 been waiting 3 hours for a response to my complaint about my order. You were quite quick to take my money though. Delivery due today and ZERO tracking info. Due before 10pm. Guaranteed it’s not going to arrive tonight! Getting angry about it now!
