@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 I had a phone delivered on Saturday but have had no coverage since. Been in contact with your advisors since Monday and still no working phone. Today one of your advisors shouted down the phone at me and hung up. You guys are making even Vodafone look good right now

@BostanAbid @O2 I’m having similar issues. They aren’t helping me either. 2 weeks I haven’t been able to use my new phone as they can’t transfer my ESim over to my new phone and they can’t activate my physical sim either. I’m just left waiting and not knowing. Unacceptable!

@sphesx @O2 It’s unnacceptable that @O2 reply instantly publicly to make it look like they care but then they don’t reply to the DM so yet again we wait for help that won’t come. Customer service here has gone down hill so much. I am totally shocked and appalled

@O2 @dhlexpressuk Where ******** is my husbands package. It was refused on the door step 9 days ago and you’re holding his money from him with no explanations. We are asking daily what is going on and no one can say anything. Terrible experience.

@lemoche_kr @O2 Be careful - @O2 eSIms are NOT working. I can’t use my new phone because of this but they don’t tell you. They can’t transfer esim over to a new phone and then you get stuck so you can’t even activate a physical sim. Shocking customer service better to change companies

@O2 when my bill is due it says that it's been paid a few days after its due so then I think that I paid it then 2 weeks after the due date it says overdue then I had to pay directly can you fix this

@O2 OK, just had the worst customer service. Spoke to two people and they had NO CLUE whatsoever. They sounded like children on the phone. Apparently O2 cannot sell me an eSIM at moment due to "issues" and this has been the case for 2 months???
