    .@O2 sitting in a power cut, but at least I have full 4G signal…. Despite what my phone shows, nothing is updating and have been forced to hotspot off my husband’s EE signal… not your finest hour!

    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @O2 @_southhh I have been unable to make and receive calls since upgrading my iphone on Saturday morning @o2 I have had complaints from both customers, employees and now family who cannot contact me and o2 are suggesting I still have to wait up to 72 hours .... 22 years loyalty down the pan !

    @O2 Absolutely disgusting service😡 brought a new Apple Watch 7 with data plan, fist off provided a device that had been opened and damaged. After it was swapped they now can’t attached my data plan to my new watch and basically say there is nothing they can do about it! #rubbish
