@O2 the way you have handled my partners phone issues is truly awful, he has been without a phone for days now and all you have done is pass him from pillar to post without resolving the issue to the point he is so upset, I suggest you really question your customer service 😔

@SpenceDMark @O2 It is totally outrageous. Why they use the RPI measure of inflation which includes mortgage costs is beyond me. A very dissatisfied customer who will seek to move at the end of contract.

Just got an email from @O2 that my airtime bill is increasing by 10%!? A full tank of petrol cost £10 more now. Energy bills going up. My rent and service charge has increased. Give us a break man 😥

Last year @O2 made their highest ever Q1 profit in the history of O2 at £478m. Today they announced that they are putting up their contract prices by the RPI (7.8%) *and* their annual rise of 3.9% - nothing like giving the customer a kicking when they are already down. Shameful.
