    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    .@O2 sitting in a power cut, but at least I have full 4G signal…. Despite what my phone shows, nothing is updating and have been forced to hotspot off my husband’s EE signal… not your finest hour!

    @dinsy SWR's rarely working WiFi was one of the reasons I upped my SIM only data plan. The only problem now is that between @O2 and the Desiros (used on most routes, and very good at blocking mobile signal), is that the alternative can be a similarly frustrating experience!

    @O2 still no acknowledgement how long rude your complaint manager Ningreipam was to me yesterday. Abruptly ended my conversation 3 times with my resolution. Was told to lump it or leave it. #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I have to say, in all the years I have paid for your services I’ve never had one issue until ordering a Apple Watch ultra. Since Tuesday I’ve been lied too, made out to be an idiot, and left feeling like I’ve made a mistake staying on the books. GUTTED.

    O2 has been so bad these last few weeks, I’m lucky if I get internet service half of the time! Can’t rely on @virginmedia wifi and now apparently can’t rely on @O2 mobile data… what’s going on 😤

    @swtrains_watch @O2 I would prefer they just bin Wi-Fi totally rather than pretend they actually have a service - first world problem but irks me. Spend the money on something else instead .

    @O2 I've been a customer of yours for three years or so, and whilst your data speeds leave a lot to be desired, I've never had a problem making a call. Until tonight. There was a power cut here and I couldn't call 105. My work phone on @VodafoneUK not a problem.

    @O2 @Ofcom a further two weeks down the line. Still nobody has been able to process my payment. now show 2 months overdue. No ownership, no call backs, no emails - nothing. Ofcom you need to step in. This is going to destroy my credit score through no fault of my own.
