    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @JohnBirtwistle @O2 Atrocious. Unlike other companies who take a DD payment out on Fri or Mon either side of a weekend due date, O2 don't do that, they suspend outgoing calls, demand payment & threaten to cut the user off! They claim it's a system error but do nowt to fix it, as it keeps happening!

    @O2 partner has got a new phone and followed the agents info, now have 2 phones that she can’t use and can’t speak to an advisor unless she puts down she is leaving, well done, customer service dies again, absolutely abysmal 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK Twice I’ve called Vodafone for help today and twice I’ve been cut off by the customer services rep and not called back! Only been with Vodafone 2 weeks... Starting to wonder why I left @O2 🙄

    @O2 why is it most time when I make calls on my phone it always says called failed..... I’ve got full signal so it’s not that so what could it be?
