@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

i can't believe @O2 don't care about their customers to such a degree. loyalty really don't mean nothing to them. over 15 years! i'm ready to move. 9+ days just to raise a complaint. 5+ days for insurance which is 24hrs lol! ridiculous and unacceptable. the attitude as well kmt!

@iamawayrightnow @O2 I was with Tesco who use o2. Work calls started to just drop out. Spoke numerous times to Tesco and o2 - zero help. Took the chance and paid off my contract to move to EE. No issues whatsoever since 🤞

Been an @O2 customer for almost 20 years and its time to change. Phone signal and Internet always seems to be poor in the places I regularly visit, even though my phone is showing 4/5G. @EE, what deals can you offer a new customer?

@virginmedia So in the meantime NOBODY is able to discuss how I leave the contract I have with you that IS NOT BEING FULFILLED - I wonder if @o2 or @ThreeUKsupport will be happy to take my business. I cannot see any issues on their sites like on your forums.

@iamawayrightnow @O2 I was same. Been with them years and then service quality plummeted. May have been something to do with me upgrading handset - should have done opposite- but became embarrassing when work calls just dropped out. EE been spot on
