Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 The main reason for me reaching out here was to get some actual support, not to be palmed off again as if a paying customer is not important! I like others am busy in my day job 🤬

Hey @o2 is something going on with your Find Address feature? Trying to set up a new contract and cannot get past that page. Not to mention when I try to sign in it won’t let me set up a security question and answer without erroring.

I am in a town of 15000 people around London. It is a joke that neither @EE nor @O2 have proper signal here and in the surrounding villages. You cannot have a phone call let alone 5G especially in buildings. Bring back the 3G towers. We had signal those days at least.

Hey @O2 I recently left you and moved to @ThreeUK I owe a final payment - not a problem - I assumed this would be collected by direct debit. Now receiving texts demanding the £11 and for love or money can’t get through to talk to anyone and sort it. Can you help?
