@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

I have lost access to my account and every time I contact you on the phone I get cut off @O2. No-one at O2 can help or contact me (you don’t have the right details) and I cannot pay my bill as I cannot access the account. This is a hell cycle.

@O2 thanks for the 1 day warning text about the fact I'll have no signal due to essential work. UNTIL WEDNESDAY! BRILLIANT, WELL DONE. I was thinking of leaving anyway due to poor signal across the south coast. I have 4 contracts that are up soon.
