@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 Why do I need to contact your before travelling? I’m well aware of your roaming charges but if someone turns their phone on when they arrive at a destination and then turns data roaming off a minute later and you charge them £43 then that’s shocking customer service

@O2 just joined o2 on Tuesday and what a nightmare they have been. All I am trying to do is port across my old telephone number which o2 received on Wed morning and after 6 calls to customer services I'm no further forward such disappointing service wish I had never joined.

@O2 Don't go with O2 I am having massive issues closing an account that O2 agreed should be closed due to technical issues back in December. I have emails as proof regarding this. It is now March and the account is still not closed. It is now dragging down my credit rating.
