Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Hi @O2 it has now been one month and one day of no contact from your credit team. Please explain ? Your customer service errors have damaged my credit score and left me without a phone. Will we have a new PM before you contact me? Probably! #O2customerservice #customerexperience

@EE recommended upgrade is £20 more expensive than my current plan… looking after customers as always 🙄 @O2 or @VodafoneUK might be getting a new customer shortly! EE have zero loyalty benefits for its customers.

@O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

@O2 Hello, I’m having real problems with my signal. Voice calls are inaudible and I’m having to make calls via wifi. The signal checker is showing no real issues. I’ve noticed a change in the signal strength the last 6mth or so with only one or two signal bars.

So @O2 don’t accept bank statements from @RevolutBusiness when setting up a mobile business contract and you have to go through a high street bank…. Old school or what! Rubbish customer experience.

I tried to be amicable, @O2 but both your staff and call centers, like your network, are beyond a joke. I have registered my complaint, wether your staffer took it down won't matter. I recorded the joke of a call, got hung up on, thrice I might add. You now have 30 days.

@O2 why is your signal absolutely shite everywhere?

@O2 Can you please explain WHY I've just had to spend an hour on phone trying to find out WHERE and HOW my £15 credit on my phone disappeared to? Only to be told that I "used it up this morning" before I'd even woken up??!! I've been customer for years and never had issue before.
