@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 are ridiculous. Left o2, my numbers ported over,happily used with @bt_uk then O2 put a bar on the number as claim outstanding bill? Can't use MYO2 as I have no numbers, can't verify me on phone as stupid security Q, can only go into a shop? Archaic. Terrible company. Avoid!!

@O2 Any idea on how are you meant to buy your Nintendo switch offer? payment does not work online, (something went wrong message every time) cannot get in store, and three hours on the phone to customer services are no help either.
