@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 I've tried various cables and plugs to no avail. The port doesn't appear damaged and was working fine until maybe a month ago. Surely a handset that's less than a year old shouldn't have problems?

Hi @O2, you charged me three times for a single top-up and when I got in touch via your complaints email I was told you have to issue the refund via cheque? Why can you not put the money back in my account? It is 2021.
