@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Shocked at @O2 for terminating a company number for ‘fraudulent activity’. Refusing to respond to emails. No contact number for the fraud department. Customer service keeping us on hold until the call centre closes to avoid dealing with it. Refuse to give a pac code. Shocking !!

The amount of business that has been lost from needlessly blocking the number that has been live for 10+ years. Embarrassing how the procedures for contact and support in this case are non-existent. @O2

@O2 No offence but it doesn't help how I can't make/receive calls or send/receive texts. Can't rely on your services if I leave the house. How do I make a complaint about this?

@clare_jeffs @O2 @plandotcom Course they can cancel it. They have a duty of care for vulnerable people and legally, you're entitled to a cooling off period usually.

5/ Maybe if @O2 were to lose several million customers & get no new ones, through their extremely poor customer service they might, pull their finger out of their *** & use some of their profits to fix their website to accurately show stock availability!
