@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 what a complete shambles your customer service is! Spend over 30+ on hold to either be cut off or speak to someone is South Africa who can’t help at all with my problem. Have been trying to contact you for days! We have to phone every month as there is a problem with account!

@O2, I’m unable to log into my myo2 account, it keeps saying my account isn’t activate, but it is, I’ve spoken to staff in 3 of your stores, none of which can help me, and I’ve spoken to customer services, who have ‘escalated’ the issue, but that was 2 weeks ago!

@dcomp @O2 Having the Internet is becoming essential to everyday life in the west. Everything is going online banks, government, doctors etc. So should the Internet be free, not at this Libary crap but free 1-2 GB for mobile phones thought benefits or free dater from banks?
