@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 Absolute joke of a company, fast to reply in public but DM’s are far from it, waste of space. Instant regret, never use o2 people

@O2 paid for same day delivery on a phone upgrade today and nothing... agents online were unable to do anything by there own admission, including ignoring my request to cancel it, twice. Why offer a service if you are unable to fulfil it!

@O2 Hi can you get in touch with me about the lack of signal in SE15 please. It's been out for over 6 months now and I'm getting fed up with having to make calls that drop in and out all the time when I can't use wi-fi. Thanks

So @O2 are 'upgrading' the network and our 'signal may come and go'. Except we've had no signal for 24 hours which also means I can't make @HSBC_UK card payments as can't get the authorisation code by text.. nor can I call them!

@O2 your customer service is terrible. You have been fiddling around on a mast in SE14 for six months causing service disruption and no offer of reduced bills/compensation to keep customers happy #o2

@O2 Not a great start that I’m switching to you as a new customer and I’ve already had to contact you twice to chase up my Sim. Yesterday I was promised it would be sorted within 24 hours. And today...nothing from you!
