When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Am told my services won't be restored UNTIL the 13th because they can't "find" the payment. Bank has given them the details they need. Can't even call the doctor, complaint it is

I’ve talked to your cust serv team after a week of nothing.. They advised a visit to an O2 store to fix, they also unable to process.. utterly astounding!

Claire Kennard (@clairelkennard) reported@O2 Thanks- after 3 LONG phone calls with your customer service agents I think it’s almost sorted… the lady I spoke to this evening was exceptional, she was so helpful. Still need to speak to fraud team tomorrow and want to make sure this can’t happen again!
