@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 They have all, repeatedly, contacted your customer care team - re-read my post. They all, repeatedly, fail to get the problem resolved and continue to get letters, debt threats and case not resolved. One person *did* get a resolution via Insta.

Two months ago, @o2 took down my local mast. My sim card stopped working instantly. I phoned up to cancel my account. They told me I still had to pay £36 for the last month. I said, why am I paying when you're not providing the service.

@O2 I have done everything call customer service request with sms but no one can help and fraud is also from inside I can prove it it’s upgrading fraud where o2 employees are involved I have strong evidence any how I need pac code

@Payforit_Sucks @O2 @Welly1906 O2 has demonstrated an astonishing cowardice and lack of ethics with regards to Payforit scams. At the end of the day, victims' money was taken from their bank accounts by the network. What they did with it after that is irrelevant.

@O2 no, spent £109 on airpods when i had and gave proof they were mine, didn’t even give me them. your staff members have extremely poor attitude towards customers.
