@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 I am trying to upgrade my sim tariff to a 5G one. I go through various steps confirming I have a 5G ready iPhone but it then won’t let me go to basket to check out - the button is greyed out - help!

@timmyboyslater @O2 When abroad, just call 901 as usual to use your voicemail. This will work in most countries. If it doesn't work, call 1780 free from your mobile or +447802 090 100, and O2 will send you a text with the correct number you need to call.

@O2 however now we are looking to leave at this awful service. Great customer service from the lady in store however this SIM swap shouldn’t go on for so long if her old SIM switches off straight away. Terrible terrible terrible service.

@O2 quick question, the volt deals, are they 2 separate contracts? I’ve no use for the o2 part of the deal I’ve took with Virgin Media as I’m already an o2 customer. Can the sim taken out with VM be cancelled within 14 days without it effecting the TV and broadband services?
