    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @KettlePhilip @MarkEvansO2 @O2 If you don’t get satisfaction then retweet using BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags.trying to get o2 to admit the networks got serious problems and it’s customer service is totally unacceptable.

    @lance0887 @O2 Feel your oajn, was in Canterbury recently , terrible connection, Retweet your complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. I am in the same situation in Medway Network is so bad. Need to get this issue known, it’s all over South East!

    @O2 Yes the original problem is still not resolved. Can you DM me please to sort it out as I’m not wasting any more time with your shocking overseas call centres. Have you not realised by now they are a false economy?

    I need to set a spend cap on an @O2 account and all their help systems sends me to a page where under spend cap it says I can't do it at the moment. Are you deliberately doing this to screw customers?

    @VodafoneUK thinks it’s fully justifiable for my wife to be without signal for 3 mnths but still expect her to pay her full bill without any explanation when the issue will be resolved or compensate loss of use. The service is not fit for purpose. This is why I am an @O2 customer

    @O2 fully appreciate that complaining about customer service is pointless but have now spent almost 1 week trying to access the app and now being told that my number isn’t mine!!!! Amazing considering I’ve been paying the bill for 6 months on that number as per statement!
