@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Why is it @O2 @VMO2News you 'are here to upgrade the UK' but you can not provide me with an adequate signal for me to make calls from my home or provide anyone to answer a phone to discuss it? I walked half a mile to get a signal and have been cut off 3 times. Argh!

@O2 Not much help when I’m out and about. & WiFi calling should only need to be an ad-hoc measure - not the default. Could you point me in the right direction so I can register days without service so those days are refunded? Thank you.

@O2 Finally got through to a business customer service agent called Michelle after trying for an hour and been cut off! We can’t use our work phones and I can’t get any help. Please advise as this is absolutely not acceptable!

@O2 Connection too slow to open that but if it’s switch off your phone, reset etc etc I’ve tried all that any chance it’s just a shite signal?
