    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @O2 Please get back to me urgently with a phone number or email address, someone I can speak to who has access to the systems from 2022-24, who can see this case history and help me. I am shocked right now that this is happening to me from one of the biggest companies in the UK.

    @O2 There was no outage in Burnley, nor Horwich (right next to a 5g mast!) a day later. Tried the old airport mode reset, plus phone reset, neither worked. Got home, works fine. Little point paying for a mobile service if it only works when I'm home.

    @Lucozade3D @O2 Look O2, another person who is getting the same issue when trying to pay the bill. Surely you know this is widespread by now! Sort it out and stop blaming your customers for your mistakes!

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

    @O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!

    @dapsy7 @O2 It's been like this for weeks and they ain't interested in sorting the problem. 11 more days then I can move to another company. 20+ years and gone down hill .
