Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported@O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.

Craig Cooper (@Bep316) reported@O2 not helpful at all offer triple data boost on there official website and when it doesn't work. Ie £10 for 10gb of data should be trippled to 30gb there solution is to pay for 30gb data for 3months so £90 upfront and they will credit £20 a month
