When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

The way you treat us is actually disgusting. Take our money but don't provide the service. #evidenceforombudsman

M (@BonesEDM) reported@Jesss_Chels @O2 Oh really....I cant remember who Virgin used before the merger,but it was definitely better before!! Typically I can get an unlimited SIM from work for £10,and yes,they piggy back off O2 network 🫣
