@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Why allow 8 tickets per person? No wonder the tickets are resold for thousands. That’s why your customers weren’t SUCCESSFUL . I couldn’t get on the app to get just 2. And why not do O2 one day and Virgin the next each with same number of allocation this would stop Tech issues

@O2 What an absolute joke you are @02. Genuine fans have been unable, for the most part, been unable to get ticket, but strangely touts have got them. Your customer service yesterday and today has been inadequate and I will reconsider using you when I renew. Very, Very poor.

not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 I downloaded Priority specifically for Peter Kay tickets. Yesterday the app crashed, today they're no longer available. Wasted far too much time trying with your pointless app. 😤😥 Never again!

@O2 @O2 how many have been sold to actual o2 customers, can you check? Anecdotally most were hacking the website code to get in, I was diligently trying to do it properly and missed out. It’s really off, it would be great to know how you’re going to fix this for the future?
