    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 I contacted Customer Service earlier and we thought it had all been fixed but my customer contact number is still be used for Calls and txt which is my old virgin mobile number and my new O2 Sim Number is put into my IPhone Settings yet still everything is going to my VM num?

    @O2 Day 108 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Your price increases are outrageous-17%!!!! I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends and never returning. I am also advising all my friends + family to not come anywhere near you. @SkyNewsBreak @BBCWatchdog - this needs investigating.
