When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Ive decided that due to the pathetic signal I get with o2 coupled with the fact nobody will speak to me as a human to cancel all 5 contracts as they end the worst service of any uk provider ive experienced

I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

I have spent over 10hrs on the phone, with no resolution, had all our SIMs cancelled without being told so, and dealt with clueless and unhelpful customer service reps.
