@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 how long do you think it’s acceptable to leave users without a phone signal? It’s been intermittent since Thursday and then allegedly “fixed” and now no signal whatsoever. What am I paying you for? Shambles

@O2 the coverage is so bad in London that I want to break my contract. I don't believe you're honouring your side of the agreement. I use my phone constantly when working and must take payments on my phone which I often can't do. I want out

@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 People are facing huge prices increases in every aspect of their life - O2 need to seriously consider dropping the 3.9% part of this increase which is down to o2 and give customers a hand - don't forget without customers there is no business.

@O2 So as I upgraded in December, despite joining in 2019 it's 11.7%? Come on O2 peoples wages aren't increasing by 11.7% - increase by inflation by all means but this is simply price gouging - do something for your customer who are facing increased fuel bill, food prices etc.
