Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 No thanks to you! This is literally companies softening the continuous blows on the already down-beaten public. They're not trying to save your ***. It's toast!

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 The first part of that statement is clearly not true, but let’s not let the truth get in the way of a side swipe at the EU. Yes all credit to those two companies (especially as I’m a Virgin Media customer), but that’s in spite of rather than because of this backward Government.

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Vodafone plans to bring back roaming charges at the end of January, while EE is set to in March. Both networks delayed reintroducing the charges earlier due to testing and technical issues respectively. Meanwhile, Three is to introduce fees in May

Brexit is a terrible mistake
(@Brexit_Mistake) reported
@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 1. You had nothing to do with the negotiations and, given your ignorance of most of the issues, your first sentence is likely "A LIE" 2. A nice gesture by O2 and Virgin but, ultimately, it won't happen without the consent of the local EU mobile phone operators

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 So a problem your government failed to rectify that is definitely still a problem is now, at least temporarily, not quite as big a problem for some people, at no thanks to you. What a thrill.
