    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @O2 not impressed with service, offered an upgrade but downgraded to 3G ..... Spoken with 4 people, 4 different explanations but still not resolved. Would appreciate some action please

    @O2 No he’s not . He’s 90 and I manage his account. Managed to top up and then got a failed email. Customer service needs to be in UK.

    @O2 customer service is shocking! Been hung up on twice now when simply trying to change direct debit date! Absolutely shocking, have 5 contracts with yourselves and going to move them all to @VodafoneUK when they are due for upgrade!

    @tiny_mischief @O2 Add to that when your contract is up and you move to monthly contracts only all of a sudden the connectivity to 4G is constantly at 1 bar and data runs out extremely quickly @O2 I never believed this happens but it is. Wry disappointing. Moving very soon.

    @GrantRustique @O2 I will try a full system wipe , then move my O2 physical SIM to esim again , then that frees up the SIM tray for my EE physical SIM , then at least I've got a fresh system as well as both Sims active in case one has a yawn and slows down or drops connection.
