    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @peterkay_co_uk @O2 how are we still not able to log into the o2 priority app to get tickets!! Absolute let down! Had to wait over 400+ phone calls last time to ticketmaster and nearly 5 hours on the phone to get tickets and now the same amount time this time around! Sort it🙏

    @O2 are giving @TicketmasterUK a run for their money when it comes to absolute shambolic ticketing and lack of communication when dealing with big events and high demand. Nearly 6 hours after release and app still not working!!! @peterkay_co_uk

    @O2 I can’t get onto Priority app anymore I’m in an endless loop of getting a security code then sent back to login. Now I’ve had a text saying my bank has cancelled my DD which literally isn’t true
