@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 please use any other delivery service than DHL!! Ordered phone on Saturday & was told next day delivery. It’s now Tuesday & I still don’t have my phone - DHL lying that they’ve attempted delivery even when I’ve been at home!!

@O2 is there a mobile phone signal issue in Wigan? My new iphone13 has not been accessing data and when I called Tesco mobile they told me it a wider o2 issue affecting Wigan, U.K temporarily.

@jackmbishop_ @O2 This happened with me! I ended up being in debt with them cos stupid me didn’t check it had actually come out. Im with EE tho. Did you pay off your phone or anything? Cos sometimes you can be in credit off that xx

Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!
