@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

The @O2 automated phone system has now hung up on me 3 times because it’s decided the answer to my query can be found in ‘My O2’ - which I have already looked at in detail this morning precisely because I didn’t want to have to ring them up. What a pile of ****.
