Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 Apparently I now have 4G calling - cool - but if I don't have internet, I don't have signal, and I used to have signal all the time without internet - help?! I know 4G calling doesn't affect my data, but I still don't want to have to have data on all the time to take calls?

@O2 Little or no service on 7 business SIM for 3 weeks after ‘essential maintenance’ was started on our nearest mast. Online fault checker next to useless, customer service who can only put in requests to the network team which never get actioned. When will this be fixed?

@O2 As a business customer going abroad, the international daily costs are expensive and not worth the cost. Do you think 500mb of data a day is enough for emails, texts, calls, maps, social media work as well using my phone to pay for things. @O2 need to take a look at this..
