@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Attempt to upgrade @virginmedia service today - no ability to self serve, spend an hour talking with chat, finally just gave up and got what I needed for 1/3rd the price and no contract via @NOWTV_It. If this is what it’s going to be like with @O2 merger I’m out there too.

@virginmedia @O2 Over the last couple of weeks I've seen a big increase in Internet cutouts and I'm not sure whether it's the service or my hub. When it does drop, the hub does seem to behave like I've just rebooted it. Is there a way to check if the hub is faulty and needs replacing?
