@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 Always frustrating to miss out on codes entitled to under O2 contract, it's happened to me before but now 3 wks in a row with nothing, I'm angry especially as I did try earlier this time. What's the point in O2/perks if never get anything!? Feels like you reduced code stock too??

@InesonMatthew @MarkEvansO2 @O2 Yet you’ve already been called 16 times and failed to get in contact to resolve things for your customer. Perhaps been shamed on social media is the only way to get a response from your company. But I won’t hold my breath that you were actually address the issues.

@O2 Done that, got sent a message saying you had a problem and to phone you on 202, this number didn’t work so I just inserted the new SIM card and got a new number, you couldn’t even find my account using my O2 number

@O2 So I have DM’d these people but apparently they can’t talk, they’ll only write. 20+ years a customer and my mobile phone provider can’t be bothered to actually TALK to me! Unbelievable

@O2 @InesonMatthew Yet 16 phone calls and you have done nothing to resolve the issues. Perhaps being shamed on social media is the only way to get things resolved. But I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you Matthew.
