@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 hi I am in Ecuador and I have selected the 02 worldwide roaming but I can’t seem to get data. I tried to select 3G but it just says 4g or 5g al does that mean my phone isn’t comparable please? I am on the Clara network and can make and receive calls that’s it though.

Avoid the Samsung ZFlip, screen protector/screen delaminated in less than 12 months. Samsung wants to charge me for a replacement screen. The phone has been at their repair center for 6 weeks, numerous emails with no reply, truly the worst customer service ever. @SamsungUK @O2

@O2 your network in Manchester is absolutely abysmal. Full bars of 5G, and I can’t even send a text message yet along call anyone or use the internet. Can’t wait to leave at the end of my contract.

@virginmedia @Globies @O2 So no new SIM card today so looks like at least 12 days without access to my phone number thanks to incredible incompetence, lies and zero interest in helping me, from #virginmedia #deactivatedSIM Worst customer service I have ever experienced- would not recommend them…

@O2 I have reported it, but your store in Bournemouth was rude. I was told In there I could pay off my phone bill. They told they don’t accept cash/card anymore and I have to do it online. Signal is awful majority of the time and your staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot.
