@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 It is amazing that you hire people who barely speak English. You call 202 and it is a gigantic enterprise to be able to understand what those Pakistanis and indians you hire say to you. Now due to a lack of understanding, your people cannot cancel my service..

@O2 I haven't had a signal for 3 days, asked for help both online and instore and nothing. Decided to leave so wanted to request a PAC code but can't as I can't text with no signal. Asked via the app for a PAC code but was told they can't give this out there, what do I do now?

  • anandababu153 Ananda Babu (@anandababu153) reported

  • jonmarklee Jonathan Lee (@jonmarklee) reported

@O2 can you confirm that you are going to update your transmitters in RH13 before turning off 3G? Most of the time here I have to use WiFi. It’s extremely rare that I manage to achieve a usable 4G signal. Others experience the same, so it is not a unique problem.

  • SusanRalph21 Susan Ralph (@SusanRalph21) reported from Farnham, England

@scotts_camera @O2 @Ofcom Yes my boyfriend is in the exact same position, can't call or text or receive calls or texts even wifi calling which he should have doesn't work
