    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Very disappointed with Customer Services-making promises that are not fulfilled and now being ignored on WhatsApp. As a long standing customer I am not happy-not getting the service I am paying for.

    @virginmedia I want your service as I'm @o2 customer already but we're not off to a good start. 2yr old Disney fan and 40yr old gamer in the house, no Internet is making life miserable!
