Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

  • sophiebentley14 Sophie Bentley (@sophiebentley14) reported from Portadown, Northern Ireland

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 Hi O2 am thinking about signing up with your big @VMO2News plan but although the broadband speed is very good, the wifi is super slow. What speed wifi should I be getting in the house, by the wifi router?

  • velodrome100 Velo Drome (@velodrome100) reported

@O2 Hardly. Greggs coffee is a very poor substitute for Caffè Nero. I suspect EE will be a rather better substitute for O2 though!

@O2 Let’s be honest your masts have been down in the B11/B12 area since I took out a 2 year contract. Waste of money and even if i wanted to leave I’d have to pay an exit fee!

  • davidjarrett david jarrett (@davidjarrett) reported

  • talithawhite TalithaecfcWhite (@talithawhite) reported from Exmouth, England

@O2 the one good thing your network offered and now that's gone?! Why would Priority stop doing their free weekly coffee in favour of once a month? Is there actually any point in the Priority offers anymore? Who actually wins the stuff and receives any offers?

  • Saz_352 Saz_352 (@Saz_352) reported

Not only has o2 priority taken away free Nero, the greggs replacement is already out of stock before 1pm WTF… looks like @O2 will be losing my 20+ years of business 😞

  • EvansDanni87e Danielle Bell (@EvansDanni87e) reported

@O2 And in the meantime I'm just paying for a service I can't use? For over a week.

  • ScottMMacK Scott MacKenzie (@ScottMMacK) reported

@O2 4G Coverage is really poor in the KA1 area. Are you aware? Is this being looked at?
