@O2 hi is there anything I can get to boost the o2 signal in my house? Reception is really poor due to the thick walls in the house

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 been over a week now and the mast is still not fixed! At the end of this you will be refunding us customers because your service is not fit for purpose. The way you treat us is actually disgusting. Take our money but don't provide the service. #evidenceforombudsman
