    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @O2 I ordered a phone last Wednesday. It still hasn’t been delivered. I sent a DM and was just told to contact dpd myself (I’ve had no response.) I requested a call back from O2 and never received one. My contract has all charges but I don’t have the phone!

    @O2 as an O2 Business customer 4yrs+ was shocked to discover that you still can’t connect an Apple Watch with eSim “isn’t currently compatible with our Business Platforms”… How long is this going to take you to catch up with the competition?? #Vodafone sorted in 2020 @Apple

    @O2 @Bullring if there’s no extended Christmas return period - most stores have this in place for this exact reason - and to be told I can’t return it at an O2 store local to me within the timeframe because it’s a franchise - which I wasn’t aware of?! Please help me sort this.

    @O2 @GreggsOfficial local Greggs say their scanner is broken so I can’t redeem any priority rewards! I asked them to type in the numbers under the QR code but they said that doesn’t work. Is there another way to redeem? Very frustrating!
