@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 I have checked with the link you have sent and yes there is a problem in this area, this has been going on for months since we took the contracts out. I can not wait for the contract to end so we can change back to the previous provider.

@O2 I have no problem with you putting my bill up but why, since 5G appeared do I constantly get 3G (which is absolutely horrendous) or no signal at all? If you’re going to put the bill up make sure I can get 4G at least! In Sainsbury’s today I had nothing!

@ianyoungkop @O2 TalkMobile are really good if you're looking for a SIM only thing. I've been with them two years with no issues, pretty cheap too.

@O2 So they sent me a physical sim for the number - then everything went silent. There was no further communication and there are no instructions for installing or activating it. I went to the Oxford Circus store - they couldn't help.

@O2 Thanks for getting back . Not surprised with your questions as have had terrible experience, instead of checking at your end or reading my messages where I have provided everything you are still questioning if I purchased this from O2 ? What do you mean ? It’s almost a year ….

@O2 @Naomii904 @Ofcom consumers need better protection from the likes of O2. Price increases of 17.3% mid contract with no right to cancel cannot be fair practice. O2 are profiteering and making it difficult for thousands of customers to know what to expect.
