Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@getnorthern @O2 I had similar call several weeks ago as did a friend who deliberately kept giving wrong code until they gave up! Just hang up offers too good to be true are too good to be true!

@O2 he didn’t do what i asked and change the tariff or cancel the extra charges, argued and spoke over me then conveniently cut the call after putting me on hold for the 3rd time. 10 years of being an o2 customer to have wasted my time with incompetent agents repeatedly

@O2 @virginmedia @CeliaT53196321 we have just been sent a phone Jack adapter that we are instructed you plug it into the router and then into your phone ….problem is the phone jack and the router wall points are in different rooms,so it will not be possible
