@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

OMG @o2 so I cant buy a new phone online because they need to send the verification code to my old phone (number) - WHICH HAS BEEN STOLEN. After failing to tell me that at the beginning of an hour and a quarter phone call their solution is for me to go into a shop to buy it.

@O2 So O2 , you say you want to help and then you don't respond any more ??? You say you give ppl O2 rewards but no one can claim it as no "save" button , and you need to save first . You phone Customer service but they - don't see what number you are phoning from

@ladytarasimone @O2 Since I’ve moved to O2 I’ve genuinely not had a single day without a spam call. Never once had this issue on EE so unsure why the sudden surge but can only put it down to the network.

My tariff includes USA roaming but the service is next to useless as its throttled to 0.5mbps. Why do you do that @O2 ? All apps including maps are effectively useless. Your customer call centre operators also didn't seem to know this. #o2
