@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 still failing me as a long term customer. 3 weeks since we’ve tried to switch out business numbers to domestic. Stuck in their system. Complaining has achieved nothing. Calls not returned. Buyer beware of O2.

@virginmedia @O2 Just dialled 1908 for help with broadband again. Do I have to wait 30 minutes to answer the same questions as yesterday to be told we've changed some settings and it should better now. It isn't. I recently upgraded TV and BB to 500 mbps. It's been worse since then.

Any ideas complaints department @O2 customer service this morning on hold 40minutes cut off 3 times. Never get a contract with them!
