When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Vinod SK (@vinzthinks) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 It is shameful , utterly irresponsible that UK has one of the worst quality of infrastructure.. across Europe , Asia , it is vastly superior including countries as India where usage is so high ..this has to be priority #1 especially as you throw down the drain money on HS2 etc

I wrote to my local MP, who raised it with the government - they've fitted signal boosters that have helped slightly, but no one should face this in a major city in 2026. Needs looking at nationally.
