    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @BlueChefCTID @O2 @1903bw Naff all service anywhere - struggled to use my phone for anything around Brighton yesterday, but same everywhere in the UK really. Leaving again the minute my 'contract' ends!!!

    Used @o2 satellite up at @Beamish_Museum and was able to send and recieve texts and also whatsapps... No signal on EE so relied on o2... well done.. (this was on a iPhone 17 Pro Max)

    @O2 what on earth is happening to your online / telephone system? I’m a new customer, as of yesterday, and trying top up then trying to get access to link my number to my myo2 account is a nightmare and no one at your call centres can help me!!!! Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!

    @O2 My account was wrongly disabled (O2/Virgin issue) - your staff fixed the database issue three hours ago - how long before my service is re-instated? Your live chat can't help with this and keeps dropping me as "I can't help".

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 Most phones made after 2018 support eSIMs tbh! iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3a and up... What phone are you rocking? We might be able to help you figure it out

    @O2 I just arrived in France, and am unable to use my phone AGAIN, despite your text about “Welcome to France” and informing me about usage! I am unable to contact your support team, I am very angry. Please contact me and sort my problem. I pay you good money for no service!

    @1903bw @O2 They can't, they've been told about it *checks date 5 months ago. They broke it and don't know how to fix it, I have complaint reference numbers but worthless unless they actually fix their customer account portal Can't wait to be shot of them
